@@JudgeJosephDredd1989 you know, Terrance Dicks, the creator of both the War Chief and the Master confirmed they were the same character in a few of his DW novelizations

​@Ryanthedoctor11 actually, Dicks was adamant that they were NOT the same character. It was the other co-creator of the War Chief, (whose name I don't remember) that confirmed it in his own expanded media stories. That's why the jury's still out on this issue.
