another nice review, I have had the oportunity to use several of these models with all engines available and can also say that the surprise of this 1.6 with 120cv is really the main thing here. It moves way better than, lets say, a Qashqai 1.5 dci110cv wich is a bit smaller and lighter. Anyway, it was by then already public that they intended to keep a version with 4x4 drivetrain, but to be made available with the new more powerful 1.6 diesel. Which they now have. And what an engine that is, i must say. I'd rather have the new 1.6 twin turbo 160cv engine then the 2.2 150cv. It is so much more elastic and almost feels like a punchy gasoline version.
@@doomstanddoom9813 well. I've bought a 1.6 i-dtec just not CRV back then. My comment is 7 years old 😂. Done 100000kms already without one thing making me go to the shop besides regular maintenance. Nothing whatsoever. Fully, imensly satisfied.
@@christiandanganan3957my crv just hit 10 years, 350 000 km later, serviced in time, engine still runs like new and never had any issues with it. love honda
Diesel engine ?¿??¿?¿?seems to lie as a builder and Honda with an extraordinary reputation for environmental pollution still bet on the Diesel mechanical when they are POLLUTANTS, LOUD, TAKE BLACK SMOKE FROM THE EXHAUST while LEXUS Thank God has eradicated ENTIRE RANGE.

Hello, is it reliable engine 1.6 I-DTEC? I can not find many feedbacks about this engine on CR-V, thinking about buying one soon...

Good review. Beautiful color and good engine. I'm trying to get a good deal ang buy this Crv in 2014.
Thank-you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, it's a great colour - Passion Red, it's called. Seems to really suit it.
What a short beautifull review!
Is 55 UK mpg equal to USA mpg? Or there is a different conversion?
Works out at around 46 US mpg, I believe.
62.8 MPG! Why they dont sell it in US
Simple, but with class review. Thumbs up! ^_^
Kind of you to say, thank-you. :)
Quality material and comfy seats?! Compared to what, a go cart?
