Is there a video on an ac build, im having issues getting the ac lines to seal at the back of the compressor. New lines and compressor. Any advice appreciated
Hello brother, thanks to your previous video. I converted my ac to 134 and I have the same problem. The ac compressor does not work constantly, now I know it lacks refrigerant. Greetings from California
Thank you very much for your videos, friend. I already installed the entire a/c system thanks to you. Now I want to make a complete túne up it would be of great help if you made a video of that with filters pvc valve distributor oh all that is needed thanks again
Would be able to do a video about checking for ac leaks? Your video was straight forward and made the process easy I learn something new! My ac does the same as in your vid but idk if I might have a leak or just need refrigerant.
@@SuburbanRanch I just got the truck but I have not tried that. for my other truck I used soapy water and could see where the leaks was lol But this one is not as easy, I’ll try the dye thanks
You may have a small leak cause you didn't replace the compressor line bolt cause aluminum and steel will not expand and contract the same so the steel bolt will stretch and won't keep the torque
Very cool! Looking to do a complete replacement of the A/C system on my '92 Chevy soon.
Thank you again for another informative video on the A/C systems on the OBS Trucks! Your videos help me with my OBS restoration!
Great work !

The PCV valve is actually pretty easy. there are a lot of videos on youtube about how to check if it’s even bad and how to replace it
Outstanding!

Have you added dye to the system? Should be pretty easy to spot a leak with dye and a UV light.

Do they make aluminum bolts for this purpose?
I went with a stainless steel size m10x1.5x 35mm will do ya properly... corrosion resistant and stronger...great videos bro...
