I really think you got some bad batches, I've never been that disappointed with my little debbie ice cream. My favorites are the nutty butter (the peanuts are in the peanut butter, not actual peanuts), and the strawberry shortcake, which has never been grainy or poorly distributed. The ingredients will drop to the bottom if the ice cream ever melted (can happen in shipping/stocking process) and their ice creams are very soft and melt fast.

I was on a L’il Debbie kick during quarantine and all my pants got tight and I said lil Debbie was turning me into a big Debbie. I had to cut back.
You running back to the store😐I died😂A big thanks to you, Christine, for trying all these mediocre to terrible tasting ice creams so that we don’t have to cuz if I’d found them in the store I would’ve been tempted as hell to buy all the flavors.
But for 2.99? Ben & Jerry’s are 6.29ish
My ongoing rant during this video (that I couldn't seem to let go haha) - NONE of these pints had any info besides the broken down ingredients of what the ice cream consisted of - what flavor, if it had chunks of the product, what the add-ins were like a fudge swirl, etc.
IDK how they expect to get new consumers to try the ice cream if they haven't tried the product they are based off of....lol END RANT!

To me it sounds like a lot of these pints melted and were refrozen at the store! Maybe that is also why some were covered in ice. 🤔
As soon as you said they were gritty, the flavor was muted, and the mix-ins had sunk... I knew they had prob melted. I had that happen once and it became so gritty.
I have tried most of them and enjoyed them a lot, sounds like a weird batch or improper handling.
Btw love the video 💗 I got so excited when it popped up becaus I have an unhealthy love for these lol
That would explain why a lot of the chunks were at the bottom if they had melted🤔🤔
Just wanted to say I noticed one good thing about the strawberry shortcake rolls ice cream…the green on the packaging/lid matched your nails perfectly!! 💚

At my house we have discovered putting the oatmeal cream pie in the air fryer for a few minutes and it gets all warm and melty and then we put it in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream

I have yet to jump on the bandwagon of little Debbie ice cream BUT I will say I buy the Swiss rolls and strawberry rolls all time, pop them in the freezer and eat them frozen….absolutely delicious. Loved your video ❤

I LOVE the Star Crunch ice cream! Also, last Christmas they came out with the Christmas Tree ice cream based off their holiday snack cake. It’s got vanilla, sprinkles and pieces of yellow cake. That one I really like too!
I forgot about StarCrunch!!! My grandparents always had those on hand when I was growing up!

I grew up in a home that always had Little Debbie snacks in the cupboard for an after school snack. Nutty Buddy & Star Crunch were my favs. I make sure my kids & husband always have some Little Debbie snacks in our own home, but I don't eat any of them anymore. Their favorite is Cosmic Brownies. Love your videos Christine!
Back in the 80’s lLittke Debbie had a snack called LEMON STICKS… 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 They were wafers with lemon crème and they were the BEST.
My fave lil Deb’s are Swiss Rolls & Oatmeal Crème Pies!!!

It’s Hudsonville Ice Cream. They’re in Michigan. Their ice cream is actually really good. But they probably partnered with Little Debbie for these flavors.

You should try the great value version of little Debbie and candy. They have a "KitKat", "Twix" and "Swiss rolls". There actually pretty good though.

I have tried a couple, but the only one I really liked was the Nutty Bar one. I could really taste the peanut butter “ice cream”. Love your videos!! And I absolutely LOVE your laugh!!! ❤❤

Fun fact, you can find both nutty buddies and nutty bars. They are considered the same thing by the same company, but it was because of a re branding thing. I was researching so much to prove a point to someone lol. Personally, I called them nutty buddies.

I think you could do a whole series of just trying different brands of ice cream, gelato, etc… or choose different brands of the same item and compare … like you could compare different frozen pizzas or different soft pretzels or different hot dogs!!! 😂🌭🍦🥨
My daughter in law works in Quality Control for McKee/Little Debbie. I'm not sure if it's the same where all the plants are located, but here we have Little Debbie outlet stores where you can buy stuff really cheap. Until I found out I was allergic to milk and soy and corn syrup I helped keep those outlets open FOR SURE! 🤣😂

My boyfriend grabbed some of these for us the other week. I enjoyed Nutty Bars and the Honey Buns. I don't think either tasted much like the actual product, but they were still tasty to me! Have you seen the Van Leeuwen ice cream? There's some cool and limited flavors. Enjoyed the video as always!
