He loves Robyn because she boosts his ego, so he always advocates for her needs and listens to what she says. I’ve heard lots of women say they worry about loving the second child the same. Not because it’s less than but because they can’t imagine loving anything as much as the child they have.
If someone said, I'll make you wealthy, but you don't get to see your kids anymore and your kids will suffer emotionally, I would say (as James does) oh hell to the no. I'd rather be dirt poor but have a relationship with my kids and not have my kids suffer. I think most parents would say this. Kody and the OG3 likely would have said this preshow. But now that they've had a taste of wealth, seen the damage it has done to the kids, lost one child permanently, and parent child relationships are strained, they still choose to film and have the wealth. I think that speaks volumes on who they were all along.
100% agree with your encouragement to Kody to start fixing the broken relationships. There's still time while there's still time. Life's way too short to hold onto old hurts when they can be healed. You're right, it would mean a lot to the kids
Storytime ~ Kody would benefit from lessons from the Radford family from the UK. They have 22 kids and successfully raised 9 to adults and 12 minors in at home, with one stillborn. The dad, Noel has a relationship with each child and his 13 grandkids. He is the primary bread winner but still is involved in the home. They support themselves between their bakery, U-tube channel, TV appearances, and some endorsements but not government assistance! This family makes us realize that it's possible having a large family!😊
Unfortunately, I think if Kody reached out to "mend" things with his estranged kids, it would be to make himself feel better. If he is not just being there for them now, then he has already blown it. At this time, he should have gone to each of his children and said that while things may not be great between them right now that he wants them to know that he is there for them and he will help them in any way he can, any time, any day. This is the time to put them first, but I doubt he will do it. Great review overall!! Very enjoyed it!
Kody is not really a father to any kids, if he was fantastic father they would film in Robyn s house all day, but i think he's just not that into kids, at Robyn Christmas he sat in a chair, and ate a crepe but no interactions with chikdren!!

I saw trouble by the second episode. That’s why people watched. You could pinpoint each personality in the relationship right off. Knowing what a typical polygamist or any fundamentalist religious cults, they do not mainstream. The control becomes out of control. Kody depended on his women to stick to their faith no matter how he treated them. He wanted to become his own leader of his own type of religion. How arrogant of him ( typical of a self serving mysoginist ) to take his family away from their community and church and put them on TV and in the limelight Expect nothing to change according to a conformed faith and religion is plain ass STUPID. His mentality is sheltered, immature, childish, naive. The reason these men have been able to keep this cult up is by keeping the young women brainwashed in an isolated place. What they don’t know is more important than what they could know. Fear and control. He just really thought these women were there for one reason and they loved it. I'd rather be dirt poor but have a relationship with my kids and not have my kids suffer. I think most parents would say this. Kody and the OG3 likely would have said this preshow. But now that they've had a taste of wealth, seen the damage it has done to the kids, lost one child permanently, and parent child relationships are strained, they still choose to film and have the wealth. I think that speaks volumes on who they were all along.
100% agree with your encouragement to Kody to start fixing the broken relationships. There's still time while there's still time. Life's way too short to hold onto old hurts when they can be healed. You're right, it would mean a lot to the kids

Storytime ~ Kody would benefit from lessons from the Radford family from the UK. They have 22 kids and successfully raised 9 to adults and 12 minors in at home, with one stillborn. The dad, Noel has a relationship with each child and his 13 grandkids. He is the primary bread winner but still is involved in the home. They support themselves between their bakery, U-tube channel, TV appearances, and some endorsements but not government assistance! This family makes us realize that it's possible having a large family!😊
Unfortunately, I think if Kody reached out to "mend" things with his estranged kids, it would be to make himself feel better. If he is not just being there for them now, then he has already blown it. At this time, he should have gone to each of his children and said that while things may not be great between them right now that he wants them to know that he is there for them and he will help them in any way he can, any time, any day. This is the time to put them first, but I doubt he will do it. Great review overall!! Very enjoyed it!

Kody is not really a father to any kids, if he was fantastic father they would film in Robyn s house all day, but i think he's just not that into kids, at Robyn Christmas he sat in a chair, and ate a crepe but no interactions with chikdren!!
Also on that Christmas video in their house, Kody motioned for Robyn to sit next to him so he could touch her back. Robyn is like a kid's favorite toy but that kid is Kody. He constantly needs her physical presence. Kody is not a grounded person. He behaves more like an angry toddler but as an adult he cannot just rank & rave saying whatever comes to mind, immature & irresponsible.

Never in any of my pregnancies (I have 4 kids) did I ever worry I wouldn’t love the baby. To me, it’s ridiculous for Kody to compare those two, but that was my experience!

You mentioned how Meri always got the big houses to have get togethers…but did she?? I guess I have a hard time seeing it with the past situations where she wouldn’t let anyone cross through her part of the house to get to the other side. or when she spoke to the other wives about how she doesn’t know how she’s going to cope with being an empty nester but quickly adds that she will NOT be watching any kids. 😆 Perhaps she did invite people over the span of those many years and we never saw it, not sure. Anyway I believe it was one of her lives that I caught about the Duggar’s and I decided to comment about how I had been SA’ed by a cousin and how I had forgiven him and oh my Lord she and her people came at me. I have dated two polygamists in my time and both relationships sailed with red flags galore! One was Christian and the other was Muslim. Two very different styles but had alot of overlap. It certainly isn't for me.

I saw trouble by the second episode. That’s why people watched. You could pinpoint each personality in the relationship right off. Knowing what a typical polygamist or any fundamentalist religious cults, they do not mainstream. The control becomes out of control. Kody depended on his women to stick to their faith no matter how he treated them. He wanted to become his own leader of his own type of religion. How arrogant of him ( typical of a self serving mysoginist ) to take his family away from their community and church and put them on TV and in the limelight Expect nothing to change according to a conformed faith and religion is plain ass STUPID. His mentality is sheltered, immature, childish, naive. The reason these men have been able to keep this cult up is by keeping the young women brainwashed in an isolated place. What they don’t know is more important than what they could know. Fear and control. He just really thought these women were there for one reason and they loved it. Obviously these young men are brainwashed also. He believed it’s all about him, the man is #1. So confused that the women didn’t get that. It’s part of their belief. Why are they stepping out of line? Just watching him implode was my favorite. You couldn’t believe what comes out of his mouth next, but he’s coming from his cults rules. I can't watch anymore of this destructive show. The past five seasons I was fast forwarding through the K&R parts. When someone unalives themselves and TLC wants to make a buck off of it is just disgusting. I refuse to give anymore money to not only TLC but K&R. I will still watch your content and continue to support your channel.
The wonen only have a husband every 4 days at the most if he's doing it correct, so they either sign up or leave, and Meris turn was out along time ago before Robyn, so then he was w/ Janelle and Chrstine and it was ideal! Then Robyn came along and ut was monogamy between them.
Meri never brought Hanelle or Christine into the family!!!
