Jinjer is an amazing band. Tatiana is an absolute BEAST!!!!! Every song she does speaks so much emotion in the lyrics. She's right up there with Alissa White- Gluz, Bethany Slays, and Floor Jansen in the mount Rushmore of female fronted metal bands in my opinion
As a male and during my years in my metal journey there is one thing I noticed about females fronts. They can keep up with the guys, but the biggest difference between the two is stage presence. Male fronts, for the most part, can't keep up with female fronts when it comes to stage presence and performance, especially Tatiana. God I love her!
I feel that right now is a great time for women in metal, there are many bands with female musicians and vocalists and a lot of them are very good! It's a great day for metal. Tatiana is on the top of the list for sure.

Always love Jinjer and your reactions, can't wait! I LOVE Sit Stay Roll Over because it is one of Jinjer's more direct calls against fascism. "Right paw upraised" is a reference to neonaziism which is sadly, disgustingly vibrant in Ukraine (a neonazi militia was helped by the US to be officially incorporated into the Ukraine military, see Moderate Rebels on youtube) and the song describes their marching, their mantras ("one path, one past, one trust", which Tati flips saying, "it's not MY path, it's not MY past, it's not MY trust!") and their turning against their own who disobey, ending with "they fressed themselves" which means they eat their own. Thank you always, Jen, for bringing more of the fantastic music of Jinjer to more people! ❤🖤🤘
Politics and the internet don't often fuel positive interactions and outcomes. So I won't go there or ask that you go there. This song had a positive outcome in that it got them signed to Napalm Records label. It also had a negative outcome in that it enabled others to paint them as being anti-Ukrainian, which culminated into an interview they did which turned into an ambush by the interviewer who tried to prosecute them in the public eye as being traitors who were pro Russia instead of being pro Ukraine, not staying within the context of their being anti-fascists. That interview is the inspiration for the song Disclosure which you mentioned you were going to do a reaction to next. 6 degrees of separation at work in this coincidence, but interesting nonetheless.
I've watched her interview in Russian for an Ukrainian TV channel. She kept on being politically correct all the way through the interview, giving almost no comments on the present Ru-Ukr spat. And I've read the Ukrainian comments after they'd given a gig in Moscow. Sweet Jesus...😐
