- This sea moss is grown and harvested in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the ocean. This type of sea moss is called Cottonii. If you are in St Vincent contact Ashley John at +1 (784) 492-0908. Recipe
1 cup of seamoss gel
2 cups of evaporated milk (more depending on the consistency you prefer) Also you can use a mixture of different milk or milk with water.
One cinnamon stick and 2 bay leaves for boiling seamoss
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Condensed milk for sweetner or sugar if you prefer
*Sea moss naturally thickens so you can add more liquid as you like to this 1 cup of sea moss when making the punch, up to 4-5 cups of liquid can be added. The consistency depends on you.
*Any residue remain after blending, strain the seamoss punch with a strainer or muslin cloth.
*Please add more liquid if it is too thick for you. Blend in a blender with extra milk if it's too thick for you.
Serve cold and enjoy!

Fun fact...If you did not know,if you like laced seamoss,coconut rum is the way to go.You might use condenced milk,but no additional sweetener is needed in thst case.

It is best to soak it with spring water, filtered water, or distilled water. The pipe water here has too much chlorine, so it is safer to use the water mentioned. I washed it with the pipe water.
