How on earth can animals or birds be called cruel to each other - it’s nature . If I bonk a Robin over the head and kill it then I’m wanton and cruel but if I see a hawk swoop down and kill it then I accept that .
Anyone else notice how Chris reacts to "noone should be targeting you" towards the end of this vid? He's autistic. He's used to abuse. It's what he expects from humans. It's what all autistics expect from humans. Let that sink in.
5:30. “Some expertise” ???….. It is worth noting that packham is a city boy, born and grew up in a Southampton residential housing estate area. The problem isn’t that he is an ecologist, Because he isn’t….. the problem is that he is actually an evangelist. Anyone who doesn’t agree with his point of view is an uneducated heathen who needs to be forcibly converted to the new green religion. After gaining celebrity’s status and wealth… he then moves out into the countryside to live [new forest area] and as soon as he moves in he instantly tries to interfere with the normal countryside and rural practices in that area that have been conducted throughout modern history. And he is then astounded to find out that the people and their families who have lived there for their entire ancestry resent his interference.
What’s true is your arrogance and self entitlement. I’m not wealthy, live in a city and I agree that change needs to happen to help nature as well as our own needs- because we’ve been too greedy. I also think it’s unfair that city dwellers don’t have more access to the countryside, like in Scotland. With all do respect, I suggest you go educate yourself- start with David Attenborough’s wild isles last episode.
@@flowerpowerocks3283 I love the way that people arrogantly think that they know who and what you are and where you come from after reading a single factual statement that you make. 🤷♂️ I live in one of the most densely populated city’s in Europe so I am a city boy, but my job takes me out into the countryside everyday, so I have the luxury of witnessing both sides of the argument. I see some farmers doing things that are not good for the environment to maximise their profits and see others taking a financial impact in order to preserve local wildlife. I see city folk going into the countryside and behave extremely well leaving nature unaffected by their presence, and I see others littering and ruining wildlife habitats. But one of the most annoying things I see are self entitled evangelist interfering with other people’s lives over subjects that they know very little about. Ps I was a real big fan of David Attenborough but was really upset recently to learned that when making his programmes the film crews were faking some of the film footage and being very disingenuous over what they were portraying in order to fit their pre-scripted narrative. I grew up watching his films and they were our modern urban society’s access into what goes on in nature all over the world. So to see people showing evidence of your childhood heroes being dishonest was truly upsetting. 🤨😢
Keep doing what your doing Chris ❤❤❤
I support you efforts Chris! We need to start understanding nature better.
Can Piers and Susanna not stop shouting and interrupting?
Good defence from Chris
