Very useful video thanks and I'm going to buy the Evostick Gripfill as a result of what I've seen, because it gives a helluva lot of strength for not a big price!!!..........Cheers!!!
I've spent hours researching what would be the best adhesive for sticking sheet linoleum to a bathroom wall. Yeah I know, there ain't much out there coz it ain't the done thing.... I'm gonna try anyway!! I'll go with the Gripfill with a thin strip and see how I get on. Many thanks for this vid!!👍🏽
Nice video. Let me just say that it depends what sort of use you need them for. For instance I would use the classic gripfill (solvent) if I need to put some carpet grippers down on concrete and next day it would be absolutely solid. I wouldn’t use the same for skirtings nowadays. I’d rather use something like multistick with a much better initial grabbing and almost not needing of nails.
Cheers for this chap. It's a minefield trying to find decent grab adhesive that doesn't bend us over the bannister, so this has been really useful. One point that might be useful, I can't believe it's not nails from screwfix is an absolute belter for wood to plaster/contract matt. I've used it so many times now, and it's never let me down on those. Not perfect but especially because it seems to be very regularly on sale for £2-3 a tube, it's a good one to keep in the van or shed for occasions I need a strong but reasonable adhesive.
Thank God for people like yourself who take the time to test these products. Really helpful video thank you

the gripfill takes longer than the hybrid adhesives to fully cure. The Stixall is a great option too
Amazing vid : needed it to put up some panels in our refurbished home. Subbed
Thanks man. Really appreciate the feedback and the sub
This was just what I was looking for!

Yeah very true, some have a better initial grab and dry quicker. Depends on what you need it for.
Very informative video ❤
