On Helldivers 1, you were allowed to pick duplicate stratagems. You would've been able to bring four 380s, or four 120s, for example. I really hope we are allowed this power once more, eventually.
Fun fact: Orbital barrages never hit where the stratagen is (such as the 380mm and the 120, not sure about the walking one). That'd be fun to see your squad standing in the middle while seeing explosions all around you
This actually isn’t true as only the first ever orbital HE barrage will never hit the center. Though it’s indeed less common for them to (research provided by cashcrop_ in “orbitals are not random”)
Walking barrage fires three shells that are lethally close to the stratagem beacon. And also, like the guy above me said, cashcrop_ made a video explaining the pattern of orbitals. Basically, they all seem to follow a somewhat similar pattern each time. I didn’t watch that far into the video, but yes, 120 and 380 barrages do not hit the stratagem beacon, but the walking barrage will, only for 2-3 shots.
When I first thought about the orbital barrages, I thought it would be like War Thunder where a few shalls hit, before a barrages impact the whole sector at a face pace. But, then I watch the tutorial screen and I was: That ain't a barrage, booo. But this, this video is what I thought the orbital barrages can do.
The best is to wait till you are about 50% into a Diff-9 BOT extermination. When there's more hulks than meatsaws. You do this and basically the round is won xD

I really hope one day they do a major battles update where 20 or so people have to hold the line
