I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me.
@Darian Zayn thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Aah I love it so much. And I love that it’s unique looking, not a cookie cutter tiny house. I also really appreciated the emphasis on “we have everything we need” :)
Your home is so cozy and everything is positioned just right. Not having clutter and more then we need to survive is the best place to be for a peaceful life.
Love the smaller creative touches here like art all hung on clipboards so that you can easily change it out and the red oil lanterns placed throughout are practical and pretty. It’s adorable and realistic.
It makes so much space not to waste space (and energy for heating and cooling) with hallways, and staircases, etc. Nice to see some more Canucks in (relatively) tiny houses!
Oh my God, this house is just too cute for words! I love it, I'd be so happy with a home like this! I'm not quite done watching it to the very end, I have aboot a minute left. I'd like to know what the property is like. 🥰👍🏼💖🍀🌈⭐ EDIT: I'm rewatching this a few weeks later and just wanted to add, right now I'd just be so happy to live somewhere that I don't have to run the A/C 24/7 for 8 months out of the year. Where it actually gets cold! Last "winter" it never even got cool enough for a hoodie, like what she's wearing in this video.
I have a cabin and have the same red check drapes and basic floor plan- getting a mini split and have a woodstove - so glad to hear it is working out .
It's basically the large kitchen and 3 bedrooms. And it's basically what you need in your life. My dad grow up like this. Different layout but same thing just kitchen, 1 sleep room ( everyone slept), hallway and working room( mudroom ) well done! My questions. How the TV doing with the heat from the stove? How about the night bathroom needs for kids ? I am curious how this will works with a little toddler. I love small budget options. People need to live their lifes, not just work hard to have stuff that one day they leave behind when they cross on another side.
Realtors used to call homes this size “Doll houses”. It is a large size compared to other tiny homes. I love the wood stove for heating and the amount of storage space.
It feels like a condo/2bd apt. but it's better. It's a fully functional house little comprised at all. The curtain really do have to let the heat move that really does have to save a ton in a harsh winter place.Heat rises.. Again very awesome.
I grew up in the US. We lived in a 900sft/3bedrooms/1 bath/front room/kitchen combo utility room. Oh yeah there were 10 of us. Mom and dad and 8 kids. It was good for us. They had it built and it was on 1/2 an acre. So we had a big back yard to play in. We had an oil furnace for heat. Most of the homes in our neighborhood were this way. Oh yeah, parents paid about 11K for the home brand new in 55.
I love your home.it’s beautiful and really pretty spacious and y’all are genius in the way you use your space.I watch home videos to get ideas for my hubby and I future mountain house in oregon.I love the wood stove and how you really use your space well.the kids bedrooms are fantastic.heck as an adult I would love a loft bedroom.amazing.
New to your channel and loving how you’ve designed your home. Beautiful, functional and warm feeling. I love love the wood pass window. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. All the best from Cape Breton.
You definitely had some creative ideas for making your children’s rooms special and unique while providing them with privacy as they get older. You could easily build an additional room onto your house either as a master bedroom suite and put the baby in your old room since you really don’t want a toddler having to go up and down a ladder especially at night. I loved seeing your beautiful home. 🤗👍🏻❤️🏡
Hello just watched your video congratulations on the new baby it's been two years since you made this video I'm just hoping everything is okay the Lord wants me to tell you he loves you all God bless thanks for sharing your video your beautiful love you're home.
This is a cute house, designed very well. Its not a large family though... My 1st house was 930 sq ft & we had 5 people. The whole block was small houses.
Major key things...OPEN spaces and organized. Otherwise, all heck will break lose. There's a difference between small spaces and living on top of each other.
Lovely little house, I'm looking at moving my 4 kiddos and husband into a 3 bedroom town house which is all we can afford to buy, so we need to be clever with the space. Great ideas
We’re a family of 5 living in a single wide 3 bedroom 1 bath. We’re adding a smaller room int he living room so kids have their own space but we lived i. A 3 bedroom apartment before this. It can be done!
@@michellesicble1440 , I had a client that had a shed built where the roof connected to the roof of the original mobile home at the back door, like an odd shaped "L". Used it for extra storage, and family room. Basically, where homework or video games could be played when Gramma watched TV.
@@joantrotter3005 we have an entry shed like that kind of but its used for our freezer and storage. way too cold in the winter and way too hot in summer with the one wall being patio doors. For now we're separating our master with a room divider kit and then we'll add a 4th room next summer. this summer we're replacing our ac unit :/
This always drives me crazy when people call homes around 800 sq ft tiny. A 800 sq ft house is not tiny, it's normal. Most mobile homes are around this size with 2 to 3 bedrooms. Homes around 700 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft are not tiny nor small, they're average. It is what a home use to be before people started wanting 2,000-3,000 sq ft homes. Now most of those people are realizing how crazy all that space is and are trying to go back to average. To me, the tiny house movement has taken this to the extreme with claustrophobic spaces that are okay for vacations but not long-term living. A few final things on mobile homes/trailers vs tiny homes. I see a lot of people loving and praising tiny homes, yet these same people look down on people living in mobile homes/trailers because they don't view it as a real home. Well, here are some facts, tiny homes are not insured or recognized as legal homes and most insurance companies will not provide insurance as a home. Tiny homes are usually listed as RVs, and you need RV insurance if you will even get that. Mobile homes/trailers don't have this problem and are classified as legal dwellings that can be insured with homeowners' insurance. Where they are the same is that both will depreciate in value rather than going up in value like most real estate. The other thing that will make tiny homes harder to sell is the fact that most are customized to fit the original owner's specific needs and wants that another buyer may not have, thus making it harder to find the right buyer. One finale thing is that tiny homes are now reaching costs that exceed mobile homes/trailers and actual houses.
My kitchen looks the exact same way, same size, same placement of sink, range, microwave, fridge, same shelves on the side, same window in front of sink, same color cabinets.
@@stevenalexander4721 Well technically you could say it is normal size, but it looks pretty tiny to me for a normal house such a big family would live in.
Can someone show me where to get the measurements for this home? I thought she mentioned how big the loft bedrooms were and now I can't find it. Also, what size barn is this?
So many people feel they must have huge homes despite the fact that most are unused space for much of the day. Adults are typically both working (need 2 incomes) while kids are in school then activities afterwards. The utility costs for maintaining these behemoths is absurd & costly to our environment. I've researched tiny homes for over 6 years & plan to have one built for myself once I find a legal place to put it. Your home is perfect, well designed for your family. Kids are more adaptable & don't need excess space. Overall benefits are what matters & this provides more quality of life & family togetherness. ❤
I love that you have found a way to still offer your children privacy 💜

I find myself watching this repeatedly. I want this for our family!

Great tour and such a thoughtfully designed home
Beautiful
If you don’t mind me asking, where are your laundry? Or do you use public laundry?
She showed it in the beginning. You missed it.

Halo, beautiful house,Houston, lovely girl, congratula tions for your pregnancy and hope next time we see you, will be with your baby in your Arms.
How are you going to deal with a baby / toddler and the ladders ( not climbing)

Hi! I watched twice and was wondering if you had a place for a washer/dryer or do you have to go to a laundromat ? Your home is beautiful 😊
