Good podcast. I like Jamie and I watch all his videos. I really appreciate how many people go to my beautiful Dominican Republic and fall in love with the country and it's people. I tell many people if you go and stay for a week, you will get the bug and think of staying 😂. Where in the world you see people cheering when the plane lands? Not in Many countries. Sure, there are a lot of things the DR is missing, but things are changing in a rapid pace. In the last 10 years DR has changed dramatically, in a good way.. The DR will become the next travel hub and I can guarranty that it will become the next computer chip manufacturing place.
I completely agree! There is so much happening right now and yet so much to come! I'm very excited to see all of the projects, people, developments, companies, and more find their way here.

@@CherylHendersonPuntaCana America intentionally use money and health care to brainwash people to stay in the USA.
Now they are using scare tactics of crime in other places to deter people from moving there as if the USA doesn't have crime too.
I'm from the Caribbean and I'm moving back to my island after living in USA 30 years and working as an RN. I visit and see the progess and I'm please with how developed things are compare to 30 years ago. I see what happens to aged people in the USA They are nursing homes prisoners.

I live in PC 😂 DR is NOT for everybody, I had a canadian neighbor that complained because my Kids were to friendly 😂😂😂 Looks like he didn't want to say 'Hi'.
Not to worry. I always say that the culture is stronger than any one person. That neighbor won’t be here much longer and friendliness will prevail. 😊
Friendly or annoying him? I can't understand someone complaining about friendly kids.
I travel alone for 4 days each month to escape from my busy life.
Keep doing this! I am committed to start my solo weekends now too!
