@sliverfoxbox7967 I agree with Gia that boundaries are necessary. She's dealt with public embarrassment from Envy already. Envy had this perception or a belief that a man can go out there and do whatever, and a woman should just stay and accept it.

i like this side of gia 😂😂. she was raw and honest. i completely understand not wanting anything to do with the women. the child completely innocent ..but i glad she was honest .. i probably would want to know my half sibling .
Okay, so I have been on The Other Woman situation. However, I was the one that got cheated on. I can still say time does heal for healthy people. My son has a sister that was born outside of our marriage. It damn near killed me at the time 13 years ago but now we are all ok. Our drama will never be our children s burden. It was not easy the first few years but now I love his sister and have no issues with her mom. My son has been to skate parties and other event with them. She has never been to my home but I have no issues with it when it comes to our children. I’m have invited them. She may never come out of her own guilt or careless to come but as the one betrayed I’m ok. I would suggest she just reach out to the mom out of respect and ask her how she feels about her coming and respect her answer. Communication goes a long way woman to woman.
I respect you don't take it out on the child.. but I wouldn't be cool with the mom. you have no issues..I wouldn't want to see the mom face if she knew and slept with a man in a relationship.. but I also wouldn't want my man. gia forgave envy cheating on her. that grace is powerful..I think if he had a kid that would have been a line too far.

Whew. My baby graduation celebration form dental school! Was somewhat ruined because the side chick ( who is now a wife) just had to attend the graduation. Making an awkward situation as the mother and her are not on speaking terms. That was very honorary and his father was inconsiderate to do this. People are so insensitive smh

As a correction for Envy, you were in the radio stating Biden shouldn’t have debated a liar. Just be careful and do thorough research before sharing it to millions that most likely won’t fact check what you’re saying. 80% of what Biden said he came into office to was debunked and 86% of what he said he’s accomplished was also debunked. Both parties lie and Biden isn’t exempt, he’s still a politician that does backdoor things to get to the top using lies. I want to state that I’m not for either candidate, but I want to make sure you know it’s important to be very careful when claiming information to be definitive. Again, I am only stating this because I respect you and lots of Americans won’t do their own research because they get their news from the radio and social media unfortunately. We should all do our research and vote for whomever has the USA’s best interest🙏🏼

I've agreed with a lot of what Gia says but not about the last email 😬 I think it depends on the relationship she has with her stepchild. Which she said was good. Its THAT CHILDS day, not her mother's. You also do not know if the mother even has an issue with the current wife. She said shes never talked to her. If it matters, she should probably find out if there would even be an issue. I mean it's been 14 years since they even got married. According to the ages, their child wasnt born out of the cheating but either way, didn't ask to be here. You are creating trauma by leaving that child out. But to each their own, I guess 🤷🏽♀️

Wow, I'm shock and this is the first time I disagree with Gia.... If you can forgive your husband....how can you not accept the child? Your husband disrespected you, not the child.
I would forgive my husband in the same way that I would forgive anyone that has wronged me. The forgiveness would come from my belief in God and what I know he wants for my life. I would release that burden. But if my husband had a child outside of our marriage, I would move on from him, thus, the child would never enter my life in the first place. I would draw that hard line in the sand.
We would never be entangled. Clearly, I would wish the best for the child, but I would have no desire to complicate my life with the torture and perpetual reminder of that indiscretion. That would be my boundary.
Like I said in the past, I believe that you can forgive someone wholly, and at the same time, know that there is no longer a place for them in your life.

Your children would have to know that child because(in your voice 😂😂😂), that’s their sibling, therefore you would end up knowing that child because they would tell you about their sibling and invite them to parties… unless you’re saying that you would encourage your kids not to interact with their sibling because of your feelings. So, if they had a birthday party, they can’t invite their sibling because of how you would feel. I definitely understand how/why you feel that way, but that would be wrong and you are so incredibly intelligent emotionally/logically, so you would be willingly choosing to be unforgiving towards a child. And encouraging kids not to interact with their sibling. That’s malicious. I love yall and I love this show, but that is malicious.
And this is my last thing, ok Gia says she would forgive because of her belief in God… well what God do you know of hat doesn’t forgive?? And I say that to say, what God do you know that would be okay with children not knowing their siblings? 🤔 sometimes people say God, but God is their self and their head and what they feel. I’m callin a spade a spade. I will be tuning in next week and have been watching this show for 3/4 years but I just couldn’t not comment on this. Love the discussion!
@@charlie4006 that’s nonsensical. That would still be enforces because they wouldn’t treat their other siblings that way. If somebody only hung out with you in private/you couldn’t come around because another person would be there that’s not forgiveness and that’s not a normal sibling relationship. Either way you put it, it’s encouraging division and that’s indicative of unforgiveness because siblings are inclusive of each other. You can say Phoenix is pronounced as : Foenix, that doesn’t mean it is 🤷🏽♀️
@@charlie4006 that’s just a classic case of: “hurt people, hurt people” that’s all and if you’re that hurt, you’re not healed/forgiving. A woman being hurt by her husband’s infidelity and in turn hurting a child so that they can grow up not having a relationship with their siblings is evil and nothing less. It’s hard for people to really be “mature” when it’s not convenient. I’m the one Baby, September 3rd. I’m coming with logic, not emotion.

Very surprised at Gia's response regarding the child of an affair only because she seems to be such a spiritual person. Totally understandable though and at the end of the day it's the cheating parties' fault because they should've thought of all that before doing what they did. I welcomed my exhusband's not 1 but 2 outside children smh. Gia has a hard boundary, I don't blame her lol
I love this podcast but this episode mainly the part about not accepting the child/children outside of the marriage relationship bothered me because children are so innocent and should not be ostracized due adults bad choices and cheating.This was of course personal preference and opinion by Gia but I was shocked by her stance. I respect personal views and opinions however it does allow me to make choices on what I choose to support and view. Great dialogue and comment by everyone in the chat.
