Its mainly the Zenins, theyre extremely stuck up on tradition and value sorcery above all else. Such a clan will obviously look down upon a member whos incapable of sorcery. They didnt understand Toji's potential until Toji had already left, though his prowess eventually left a deep impression on Naobito and his son Naoya (Naobito was the head of the Zenin clan after Toji's dad, the former head, died). Maki however is looked down upon because shes nowhere near Tojis level, so she has nothing to show for her inability to use sorcery, and the fact that shes a woman. Maki's dad also greatly resents her because he feels like his disappointing heirs were the only reason Naobito his younger brother was made the head instead of him, as they were widely considered equals in terms of sorcery and combat.

From what I understood, with the blindfold/sunglasses on, he can see, but it's more similar to thermal goggles or Observation Haki from One Piece. Since he can see cursed energy and has general natural perception of the world up the whazoo, covering his eyes just lessens his vision down towards more of a normal human's.

I believe your explination isn't completely correct. The Limitless curse technique allows Gojo to control Matter at a atomic level, because it is a technique that requires such precision you need to six eyes in order to properly wield the technique. The six eyes grands Gojo the isnight to use the technique properly. The also grand him near perfect analises of what he is watching and doing and since he is a genious (even without the six eyes) he can do anything (and probably better) then anybody else. The insight the six eyes grands him allows him to also be ultra efficiant with his cursed energie usege for cursed techniques and everything else to a point where his usage of cursed energie while fighting is generally less then what his body naturally produces, except when he is pushed to the limit. Because of his eyes perfect analyses he would see other people as "data" rather then people so be keep being humane he wears something to cover his eyes (even though he can see very clearly through it).

Why are people with heavenly restrictions so shunned by the main clans when they have the potential to become as strong as Toji? Who seems like he can easily go toe to toe with special grade cursed spirits and sorcerers?
I think it’s because they value strong cursed techniques in sorcerers and they’re so stuck in “tradition” that they mostly shun people with heavenly restrictions.
Its mainly the Zenins, theyre extremely stuck up on tradition and value sorcery above all else. Such a clan will obviously look down upon a member whos incapable of sorcery. They didnt understand Toji's potential until Toji had already left, though his prowess eventually left a deep impression on Naobito and his son Naoya (Naobito was the head of the Zenin clan after Toji's dad, the former head, died). Maki however is looked down upon because shes nowhere near Tojis level, so she has nothing to show for her inability to use sorcery, and the fact that shes a woman. Maki's dad also greatly resents her because he feels like his disappointing heirs were the only reason Naobito his younger brother was made the head instead of him, as they were widely considered equals in terms of sorcery and combat.

From what I understood, with the blindfold/sunglasses on, he can see, but it's more similar to thermal goggles or Observation Haki from One Piece. Since he can see cursed energy and has general natural perception of the world up the whazoo, covering his eyes just lessens his vision down towards more of a normal human's.

I believe your explination isn't completely correct. The Limitless curse technique allows Gojo to control Matter at a atomic level, because it is a technique that requires such precision you need to six eyes in order to properly wield the technique. The six eyes grands Gojo the isnight to use the technique properly. The also grand him near perfect analises of what he is watching and doing and since he is a genious (even without the six eyes) he can do anything (and probably better) then anybody else.
The insight the six eyes grands him allows him to also be ultra efficiant with his cursed energie usege for cursed techniques and everything else to a point where his usage of cursed energie while fighting is generally less then what his body naturally produces, except when he is pushed to the limit.
Because of his eyes perfect analyses he would see other people as "data" rather then people so be keep being humane he wears something to cover his eyes (even though he can see very clearly through it).

You know now that I actually think about it a completed pair of sharingan (heavenly wheel eye/eye of heaven) has exactly six tomoe seals. (Those are the little comma things in them) I intuitively always assumed they where similar but the six eyes may be directly inspired by them in a way.
Edit: although in this case the six eyes are arguably better written in terms of how the story acknowledges just how absolutely broken they are and gives them to only one character ever. Which naruto kiiiinda sooorta did in the beginning…. But eventually they where getting passed around like candy in a crack house.
