I realize this was a couple of months ago, but why wouldn't you blow that area under the cover out with compressed air? Especially if you are replacing the air filter and spark plug? Thanks
I thinks a lot brother! Too bad one of my coarse thread screws was frozen in there and I stripped it out… Now I'm standing here in my shop with my thumb up my butt!

Great review but i was a little surprised you never used an air gun to clean the poor saw up a little before you removed the primer.
