New PC ordered, sim rig assembled, ready to start iRacing soon. Looks like a ton of settings and UI to get used to... But these videos really help. Thank you!
Lemme help you optimize further. Lookup chris titus debloater, run through and disable most but not all settings. If you are unsure then it'll tell you if it's needed. Then ensure your ram isn't at 2133 mhz in task Mgr. If it is then enable xmp and resizable bar in bios. If you have a secondary drive put iracing and all apps that need fast performance in that drive. Ensure your graphics driver is fully up to date via nvidia or amd whichever you have. These should get your pc purring quite well. Also ensure any unused apps are disabled on startup within taskmgr as well

I believe it's in the replay tab of the options, but there is an option in the sim itself to have the save replay screen come up after you quit. So it's not necessary to mess with the .ini file. For that tip at least.
Same with the show join leave I'm not by my computer but there's a setting to not show system messages or something like that I forget what the wording is but I never messed with the ini file and I don't see join leave messages anymore.
Is there any way to make the resolution of mirrors better (virtual or physical)? They're so pixelated even with the graphics settings that it ruins VR immersion. I have plenty of performance overhead to spare, I just want crisp reflections lol
If you go to graphics settings, on the right, there should be a setting for "Higher detail in mirrors", thats as far as I know the best that can be done! Lemme know how it goes!

Very usefull video sir. Thank you, I am iracing for 4 years and didn’t know at least half of them. Can you make a video how to avoid stuttering problems sir. I have a high end pc and I lastly enabled the usb function in windows. It reduced the stuttering but still existing. Thank you

hey Jacker if using iracing spotter/chief it doesn't have to be on voice . i use mine for damage report and weather with on screen only
