Im a south indian and I look for Gujarati food in Hyd. One is available in hanuman tekdi near Koti and known as Gujarati bhojanalaya.. simple food and ensure to go there once a month.

I am an Indian, though now settled in Canada. There is no way he can eat all that food in a day..! Jokes apart, I know he is trying different foods, and Mumbai is a good place for that, as are other cities as well. I am from Ahmedabad, and our Gujarati cuisine and fast food is well known all over the world anyway, but whenever I visit back home, I go just insane, trying out all the food.

There is another khara kuva kachori wala , just next to sev khamniwala. That kachori is better than this nathulal gopilal kachori bhajiawala. You must visit again to India for this kachori.
If you are new then firstly explore Chennai, Delhi, Gujarat for food culture. For living culture explore Rajasthan, Madhyepradesh, for hospitality explore Uttar pradesh, meghalaya, asam. For nature explore manali, leh, ladakh.

You should do street food in KOLKATA not Mumbai. Specially if you are non-vegetarian... Also the Kolkata's panipuri is the best.
