- Imagine being lost in one of the largest and most dangerous slums in the world. Welcome to Dharavi, Mumbai. Not just any neighborhood: Over two million people live in an area no larger than an airport! Dharavi gained international fame after being featured in the popular movie 'Slumdog Millionaire'. This walking tour was recorded in 4K by Wanna Walk.
Dharavi is a place of stark contrasts. On the surface, it looks chaotic, cramped, and overwhelming, with narrow alleys where the sun barely reaches, and homes made from corrugated metal and tarps. But beneath that rough exterior lies an incredibly complex ecosystem. It's not just a slum - it's an industrial hub. Thousands of small-scale industries thrive here, from leather workshops to recycling plants, where workers labor under harsh conditions, turning waste into wealth.

Ethical relativism would say leave them be. But the human in me wants to march in there and tell them there is a better way to live.
Are the lower income people as spiritual minded as their heritage represents or is survival so difficult that they have so many daily concerns ? OM Shanti OM
I didn't sense any danger there. I haven't been there but i did go to Goa many years ago.
Buen video saludos
