INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Beer Braised Pork Ribs)
2.3 lbs baby back ribs (cross cut)
Black pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3-4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 & 1/2 cups of Beer (any brand)
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onion (optional)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Coca-Cola Chicken Wings)
1.5 lbs chicken wings
Salt and pepper
1 thumb sized ginger, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice (or calamansi extract)
1 tbsp banana ketchup (or tomato ketchup)
1 cup Coca-Cola
Thai chili pepper (siling labuyo)
