To get this song to play in the end credits you had to finish the entire game then NOT make it to the chopper and spend 3 extra days in the mall and kill Brock in a fight on top of the tank. Took me a few playthroughs to get the marching zombie ending. That's why it's a standout song, you had to earn it, when you heard that opening riff you knew you not only finished the game, you beat it like it owed you money.
@@MySonicFoundry For me it's the beat, the drums are what stand out to me as a drummer. I've always wondered how it would sound as a thrash metal song. The drums sounds like Dave Lombardo's style, his other band Grip Inc. has a song called Ostracized with a very similar beat, like a galloping warhorse, like audiodrenaline. Justified gives me that vibe, sort of like We Are Young by fun crossed with the Rocky theme Getting Stronger.
Wow this is amazing! I played this game when I was like 6 and its one of my favourite games ever, always loved this song and that guitar riff really added to the horror of that cutscene, its as if the zombies are shuffling to it. @@WatcherKoops4677 3 didn’t have survivors. The main protagonist was underwhelming. The psychos were decent and the zombies were alright but the whole story and endgame felt rushed. Frank or Chuck should have shown up in the middle instead of chuck showing up at the very end. Also Dr1 and Dr2 took place relatively close to their release dates while Dr3 took place 7 years into the future which didn’t really add to anything. I can keep going but my thumb is tired.
@@WatcherKoops4677 i agree with you. But you have to admit if they didn’t rush DR3 to make it a launch title for the Xbox One, it could of had the the potential to be the best entry in the series. @@MySonicFoundryThat stings a bit, I hope they contact you. Because I really want to see this version of this song in the game. Also another question do you know when you guys will find someone to sing a lyric version of this because I need it so bad.
I am surprised, shocked, but mostly happy this song somewhat got a remake. All it needs are the vocals and it would be perfect, but I can understand you couldn't contact the original singer. Still, I am quite to find since Dead Rising and its soundtrack is what made me into a metal head. Funny thing is that I haven't played the game until recently, but have been listening to its soundtrack purely because of how much I loved it way back at 2015. Since then my taste of metal grew more. Thanks again and 🤘Hornz Up!
Amazing! I always loved this song at the end of Dead Rising, the entire game has insane Black Humor, and I feel like this gave a hopeful and hopeless feeling. Like yeah, you escaped. But the apocalypse IS real and can happen at any time. Dead Rising is almost, too depressing at times looking back at some of the more realistic scenarios that happen in it (like a woman having her baby eaten by the zombies and hearing it cry, and a mother and daughter dying together). Which is contrasted by the shopping mall and putting on funny clothes and servbot helmets. I love games that contrast darker tones with sillier aspects, like Saints Row 2. This track got me into metal, thank you so much P.S would you ever consider releasing the tablature for this song if possible? I've always wanted to learn it but I dont have a good ear for music
The world is full of darkness and always has been. We fight darkness with light and heart, never give up the fight! And yes I have been thinking about releasing the tab as well as a "How to Play" video. Now that I know how to play the solo I can do tab for that as well. 🤣
Apparently Dead Rising's timeframe is September, so weird that I learn that this exists around then. Would be cool to hear your work in other games if you ever get the opportunity.
I apologize for not seeing this comment, somehow I have missed a lot of them. Habe not had any other placements in games that I'm aware of, but always open to it.
Dead Rising was the best zombie game I ever played, and still is after all that time. And I have NEVER skipped the ending credits, this song was and still is amazing! Thanks for bringing this song out again! Have you played the game? 😎
Man, the memories I have of being so bad at this as a kid and wondering why this was the only game I had that used the Xbox 360 interface to save lol, then finally beating it a few years ago--I could actually go on and on. Worth the wait. Are you still in contact with the vocalist?
I don't know how the comments slip by me. Tuning is Drop C and I don't have tab for it, but was seriously considering it. Thank you for even remembering that the track exists!

Thanks for digging the track. No need to try and sync, The ultimate version is coming soon. When I wrote and recorded the original, I was never completely happy with it. Stay tuned!
Really good
Thank you for the props!🤘
Dude your a legend, thanks for blessing us with this one
You are very welcome and sorry for missing you in the comments.
This is incredible.
Thank you so much.
Hi! I just wanna day thank you so much for re-creating Justified. This was one of the first songs that got me into rock and metal. So thank you! Also, am I ok to use this song for a series I'm making? It's not a paid thing or anything it's just something I make on my free time. It's ok if I can't.
I have to say, no one has ever told me something like that. I am tremendously honored to have help guide you to the metal world! 🤘😈🤘 As for the track use, I have a publisher and I can't give permission. They do police the stuff, I wouldn't want to see anyone get a copyright strike for a passion project. I wouldn't advise it. But again, thank you for the love and the epic nod for helping you find the metal life!
@MySonicFoundry hey its all good. I get it. And you're welcome, man!
The dead rising games was insane in every way it's really sad that the 4 destroy it...
I can’t wait to hear this with the vocals
They will be epic, I promise!
This sounds freaking heroic. Can you get it on Spotify?
best song in the game, and capcom as a whole. it was a perfect finale
That's a pretty amazing compliment and I will humbly take it. This song has been a pretty crazy ride over the years. Appreciate you still having a place in your heart after all these years. 🤘
Of course, wish you got more recognition for your work it's amazing🤘
Beautiful rendition 💪
I appreciate that! I was able to alter few things I always wished I could have.
This is incredible! Been playing Dead Rising since I was 5 years old, brings a tear to my eye, great song, great remake
You sneaky lil bastard, 5 years old! Well, I guess if it brings a tear to your eye you still have emotions and aren't a serial killer from playing that young. Thanks for the love of the song and the game, it's an honor for sure.🤘
Cool
🤘
🤘
🤘💀🤘 Back at ya!
this is a masterpiece!
I sincerely appreciate such an amazing compliment! The love I have received for this track from awesome people like you is astounding. Thank you again. 🤘
Dr2 also had a good soundtrack. Dr3 is when things started to decline. Also Off the record had the greatest credit song ever.
I thought 3 was good? 4 was the culprit here
@@WatcherKoops4677 3 didn’t have survivors.
@@trustymilkshake Okay but still
I enjoyed 3, and we must shift the negative towards 4 instead
@@WatcherKoops4677 i agree with you. But you have to admit if they didn’t rush DR3 to make it a launch title for the Xbox One, it could of had the the potential to be the best entry in the series. I also really didn’t like how they made the frank and chuck outfits pre-order exclusives and i don’t think they ever released them afterwards which many games these days do, like the orange lightsaber in jedi fallen order.
I just love the end of DR ! This music is a big part of it.
Thanks for the new version !
You are very welcome and thanks for still giving a shit!
Classic 🔥🔥🔥💯
Thank you very much!
Tell em STiPO sent ya
STiPO is the dude!
@@MySonicFoundry you bet your b00ty he is. Great work as well. Absolutely killed it.
By sheer luck I came upon this vid and now I desperately need Vocals for this version of a great song that Dead Rising brought me years ago as a teen. Please and thank you
You're very welcome and they are coming, I promise.
Very sick bro!
Thank you and sorry for the lag, I have no idea how I missed so many comments.
This is amazing!!!
You are for thinking so.
Came back from the DRDR trailer, I hope you guys are working on the soundtrack.
Got a message from another person mentioning the remaster, not a peep from CapCom to us. I did reach out to my publisher admin about it to make sure they aren't trying to pull another fast one on us.
@@MySonicFoundryThat stings a bit, I hope they contact you. Because I really want to see this version of this song in the game. Also another question do you know when you guys will find someone to sing a lyric version of this because I need it so bad.
This is so amazing!!!! =]]]]]
Thank you and sorry for leaving you hanging on the comment. Not sure how I have missed so many.
Oh hell yea! I'm happy to see this again in a new light! And it's an instrumental too! Permission to karaoke this ~
Glad you found it and still love it!
So thanks for starting my taste on music since the original is my favorite!
I am tremendously appreciative that this track brings you some joy and it helped expand your love of the metal genre, that is awesome! The lack of vocals and any other questions you may have about tis remake will be answered soon, I promise. Feel free to check back over the next week or two for some things coming along shortly. Thanks again and 🤘Hornz Up!
holy shit this is awesome
Glad ya think so, appreciate the enthusiasm!
@@MySonicFoundry and thank you for the awesome song
Great track bro👍👌🔥
thanks so much man 🤘
Epic
🤘💀🤘
This track got me into metal, thank you so much
P.S would you ever consider releasing the tablature for this song if possible? I've always wanted to learn it but I dont have a good ear for music
The world is full of darkness and always has been. We fight darkness with light and heart, never give up the fight! And yes I have been thinking about releasing the tab as well as a "How to Play" video. Now that I know how to play the solo I can do tab for that as well. 🤣
Came here from dead rising staying for the amazing song ❤
Thank you for loving and listening. CRANK IT!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
🤘🔥🤘
Bravo une vidéo sur dead rising c'était un peu inespéré
I see "Bravo" in there so I am pretty sure it's a compliment. Thank you very much and sorry I'm not sure of the rest.
You are welcome my friend! I played it years ago when my kids were young.
On the chance that Capcom ever looks into a Dead Rising remake, they better come banging your door down. Also, Spotify?
If they knock, we'll answer. This was way before Spotify and never really thought about it.
(10/10)
Thank you very much!!

Man, the memories I have of being so bad at this as a kid and wondering why this was the only game I had that used the Xbox 360 interface to save lol, then finally beating it a few years ago--I could actually go on and on. Worth the wait. Are you still in contact with the vocalist?
I'm stoked that this game and track have left such an imprint, it's pretty surreal I must say. It's been about 5 years since we last spoke.
ruclips.net/video/U2aI7USg7ec/видео.html Full english game0kay, with Justified in the sounds and credits
Dude great work. Two question: On what tuning this song is? And you have the tabs for the song?
I don't know how the comments slip by me. Tuning is Drop C and I don't have tab for it, but was seriously considering it. Thank you for even remembering that the track exists!
This is a Spanish commented gameplay. Justified sounds in it. ruclips.net/user/liveoPJ1QSc1jf0
With the announcement of dead rising deluxe remaster, has Capcom contacted you to discuss the rights to justified?
was not aware of the remaster and no they have not. I wll be reaching out to my admin @ my publisher to let them know. Thank you very much for the heads up.
How are all these things being discovered?
@STiP0 and thanks for watching!
is Drea around to sing it again??
There will be a video answering this question coming soon. Stay tuned!
@@MySonicFoundry also....... GOAT track. The best of all DR1. I was 16 back then, 32 now.
@@GildedZ Very glad to be a fond memory. 16 was great I think, 32 was better and now... All that fun I had wakes me up early every morning with sound effects from every joint and a loud "fuck me!" Enjoy it! 🤙
Would it be possible to release this on something like Soundcloud or Bandcamp, or would copyright laws rear their stinky heads?
Excellent question! A release will happen, but there are a few other things that will take place before that. All will be explained soon.
@@MySonicFoundry Awesome, dude. I'll be waiting for this masterpiece to be distributed :D
I think im J U S T I F I E D to say that it means something........like a remake of certain game?
So, I have been seeing this a bit and I want to address it when I do. If Capcom is planning a remake they have not called me about it. I would love it as much as y'all, but not something I would know anything about. Sorry to be a downer. Glad you found the track and there are things to come so keep an eye out.🤘
@@MySonicFoundry i understand, Sean. I made this comment just for the pun. Thank you for your work.
Remaster please?!
