Thanks for post this. I have had my machine for 10 or 11 years and no longer have anything that plays DVDs. I’m 82 and have been using a 30 or 40 minute program for all those years (after a number of years going mat Pilates work)-2-3x a week and wanted to refresh my understanding of each of a number of exercises (as I refreshed my machine again). I do most of these, added some others from Pilates exercises online and feel good and strong after my sessions.
Thank you so much for this! I had lent my Performer to a friend but they forgot to return the poster and tapes. This is a good reminder as I had forgotten many of the exercises.
Lucky me. I just acquired this marvelous performer still in the box - never used - for $25 at my neighbor's yard sale. Love it. It's got all the features of the Stott pilates equipment I learned on. Thanks so much for converting the instructional tape. Now I can work along with the instructor on my Smart TV.
@@cathykean6319 You either have to take it somewhere or, have a device that converts VHS to DVD. Play the DVD on your computer and use screen recording software to make a digital file.
I accidentally erased my original VHS tape yesterday. Began the New Year swearing to do Pilates everyday ... hadn't re-learned the routine yet when I zapped the tape! Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is my favorite tape in the series.
Linda Howard , please will you tell me where did you get this machine because I live in Spain and I haven' seen any machine so light and that you can fold it .
So glad I found this! My old tapes are no good any more and all new ones are dvd's for Aero Pilates, I have the old reformer and much prefer old tapes...Thank you!
Wow, thanks for posting this! I bought the reformer used and the video that came with it is scratched and won’t play all the way thru...so annoying, so glad I came across this!,
Thank you for this!! I have no where idea where my old video is or even if I still have all the cords to hook up my even older VHS player. Thank you thank you!
I have two other VHS work outs (one is called legs, the other upper bodyO BUT I do not know how to convert them. Doe nosy one know? I tried Staples but the video is copyrighted.
Thank you for converting this. I have just taken my Performer out of being tucked away, can't find the VHS videos and wouldn't be able to play them anyway, so this is so greatly appreciated. How can I get it without all the adverts? thank you again
@@EricDodgeMusicAndDance Thank you so much for replying and so promptly too. No worries, I'm happy to watch your digital version. I have been practicing pilates for years and this is just what I wanted in order to remind me how to use the machine. Was there an advanced movie too?
Thankyou so much for this video. I have sent for new ones at QVC twice and keep losing them. Last one just don't work. Marjolene can you let me know how I can get new handles as mine ripped when they got caught folding.

Janine, how do you put tape onto your Smart TV? I did it once and couldn't figure out how I did it!!
Thanks for posting this! I only had it on VHS, so I could never watch it, to review. Thanks a bunch!
Yes, Thank you for finding this!!! I have this reformer and am unable to locate the dvd so this is a life saver. Excellent instructional video.
So glad you can use it.
I've found some on Ebay but you have to look under AeroPilates. Don't get the Cardio Workout though. Apparently it's only 10 minutes.
I have three VHS tapes. Beginner, upper body and legs ... but I do not know how to convert them, does anyone know. I could upload them if I knew how

I just tried. Unfortunately RUclips is running this advertisements and they aren’t letting me turn them off :( I’m sorry

Mine has the removable stand and by watching your video, it looks like the stretches would be more intense with my performer on the floor.
I wish they would have kept this foot bar.
Thanks for the vid!
Does anyone have the digital manual?
Hopefully someone sees this besides me . I know we didn’t have the manual with the machine.

I need the wheels replaced for this pilates performer. Does anyone know where I can order them from.
I wished I did. Sorry
My husband got them from Bunnings
It’s been a couple years but I called company & paid $5 each for 4 wheels.
Which video is this as it doesn't show the opening sequence?
I’m actually not sure. It was the one that came with the machine and on a vhs I converted years ago
@@EricDodgeMusicAndDance Ah got it. Thanks for uploading. Someone recently gave me the reformer so having this is quite handy.
Yay! Thank you!
what is this series called?
Can you tell me where to get that device?
I think they went out of business a long time ago sadly.
Aero Pilates are the replacements from QVC.
