For anyone thats interested I jotted down a note for each exercise so I can remember without watching the video: Highest level- all elastics Leg press Legs press plie style Wide squat press on side rails - toes pointing out wide leg pulses single leg press heel raises walking heel stretch No elevation - 2 middle elastics single leg scooters -only second elastic Heel stretch and plie squat while sitting- hands behind you backwards chariots - Cross leg pulling with arms bent wide arms butterflies forward pushes arms bent fists open single arm pushes with closed fists Side pulleys pull up and out straight with left hand - crosslegged sitting same position with right hand right rainbows - straight and circle over and back to arm bent side twists with both hands together - rotate core -repeat on other side -add 4th elastic legs straight alternate- bicep curls/ arms bent/ arms up bridges bridges with leg presses houndreds legs up- arms bentx2 / arms straight x2/ arms out x2 arms circles - up out and sides back to up pull hold and pulses with legs up or straight pulls- legs out and then together one side skater one leg side press one leg side press on heels plank and presses planks push up and out lawn mower pulls
My wife and i have been using this workout for over 10 years and we still enjoy it! We do mix it up now with warming up by doing side skater, in the second workout, and then going back to pilates! Our bodies have changed dramatically using this piece of apparatus, highly recommend it!
@@usuario36325 Es pilates así que es la máquina solo te ofrece tonificar. El peso es muy limitado pero cómodo dentro de lo es pilates. Es extremadamente fácil de hacer. Los ejercicios no cansan y son variados. En mi opinión, si te gustan los pilates y no tienes mucha experiencia con el ejercicio es muy buena y duradera. Si la complementas con cardio y dieta te funcionará muy bien.

La recomiendo, creo que es más efectiva si buscas bajar de peso en dorma paulatina en el Año 2012 llegué a pesar 99 kg. con 1.72 mts de altura estaba en fase 1 de obesidad. Hoy peso 80 kg y con 46 años creo que cuento con un peso muy aceptable. Pero se debe ser muy Paciente y hacerlo paulatinamente sin cuestionarte y tranquilo que poco a poco se veran resultados...
@@usuario36325 Si puedes aplicarle todas las tensiones y no vas a tener dificultades solo dependerá de tu peso Corporal y tu Fuerza te la recomiendo...

Only a doctor and no self-treatment in such a situation. You need a good rehabilitation therapist with knowledge of kinesiology and traumatology. And correctly chosen exercises if there are no contraindications. Get well.

Okay I have this machine and was just beginning to use it but now the arm straps are very slack. Something must have broken underneath. Can someone post a picture of what it should look like underneath? Or does anyone know what has happened?
Is she a certified pilates instructor? Because the idea is to use the backside of your body and not use your quads. That’s the imbalance in our body. We’re trying to balance our body by using the rear side, and by using a rear side it protects our back, our lower back.

Same. Mom ordered & never used it. Now I have it so I’m trying to figure out it all out but it’s pretty nice.

Honestly I’d just order a full size one. This one is so restrictive
honestly you don’t this machine to do any of these exercises…you just need a thick mat and a bar with elastic !
