I have a silly question. What does “dry” mean in this context? Like, as opposed to what?

      Hi 👋
‘dry’ in this context means we use a dry needle (which is very fine and has no hole in the middle - also known as an acupuncture needle).
Wet needles (injection needles), allow a wet substance to be passed through them.
      Hope this helps.
