Love this thing! My first car was an EF Si HB. Now that I am older and could actuallu build one how I like it i really wanna get another one. This one would have abeen a great starting point especially with the push to start and kill switch already installed by someone i know does great work! Been subscribed for over a decade now!
On 1988 civics crxs Find out if your AC comrpessor is matsushita or Sanden.. Both have differenet specs for AC capacity... R12 Sanden is 24oz and Matsushita is 34oz.. Both use 7.5oz of mineral oil not PAG oil ! This is crucial ! On 89-91 they all use 31 oz and 5oz mineral oil. Honda compressors are very sensitive. Im not sure what you do with R134A LOL higher pressure, flammable easier to leak !

I've got a set of all clear tails? 88-89 style, not aftermarket garbage, oe housings w/ the lenses replaced w/ clear over 20 years ago. Excellent condition. If anyone is interested.

I actually bought the main relay adapter I was planing to put in a kill switch anyway so saves me the trouble of wiring and I get a new replaceable relay

Amazing job. Looks so good. Only complaints are the clear corner lights and turn signals and the side trim needing to be black. Im.a huge fan of bringing old cars back to stock as much as possible. Looking as close to a time capsule/original paint as possible. JDI makes a great product! Which Sony headunit is it? In good shape? I might be interested in it. I miss the 90's headunits.
Not a fan of the ghost lock, u basically did the hard part for the thieves. You too, out the locking mechanism. Broken piece of sparkplug porcelain, silent way to break a car window. Put the car in neutral. Push it a Lil way. And it's gone. Just something to think about..
Ghost key you mean? With the “Ghost Lock” you’ll be notified on your phone if the car moves at all through cell signal. The “Ghost Key” gives you security like a modern car. For example gas stations, restaurants, short trips kind of thing. However you don’t have to remove the ignition key/steering lock but prefer it that way.

Should put a matching lip on the rear bumper. Keep the moldings green. Put the side skirts on for sure. And fix the drivers door sag. Looks great!
