In 2006 i helped a neighbor put a k20 into a crx, he was the 3rd person to ever buy hasport k series swap mounts, he used the harness from an rsx type s, and i remember, we had to clip i think the srs plugs off the harness until a green key showed up on the cluster, well the key ended up showing at 1am on a weeknight, so at 1am with no head lights tails lights and open exhaust we went on a test drive and the entire time he kept getting out to adjust the clutch saying the clutch was slipping, well the next day there were rubber marks every where he said the clutch was slipping, lots of fun memories in that car.
Have you considered making some hoist-mounted seats? I've spent my fair share of time sitting on hoist arms, talking about cars, and I can't believe I never thought of making a seat until watching the outro of this video. Get a couple of spare lift pads, get a couple of office chairs, remove the wheels and posts from the chairs, attach a lift pad to the underside of the chair. Slot the lift pad into the eyelet in the end of the hoist arm and just like that you've got a comfortable place to sit for doing intros and outros. I reckon it would look quite cool for you guys to have some arm rests and back support for these video segments. Cheers from NZ.

Man this was a great treat on a Friday night.
This colab was pretty unexpected JUST LIKE THIS VIDEO'S SPONSOR 🤣
Been watching both channels for at least 10 years now and it's incredible to see them come together!
Thank you guys for the amazing content.
The fact that Marty went to Canada for a collab with LTT before a collab with Dankpods/Garbage Time is absolutely criminal.
It really is
Absolutely this!!
Loved the video.. Seeing Linus with you guys was awesome... A collaboration of two different worlds im passionate about.. Thanks guys.
Also, having to listen to the different type of english accents throughout the video was so much fun 😁
So cool my two absolute favourite RUclips channels doing a colab. Just need Linus over to OZ to do something for the guys
Both videos compliment each other so well! Basically watched a movie with the ltt video, the bts and now this video, loved every second of it, great work guys!
I've been watching both of your channels for years. I'm an IT professional so of course I follow LTT. I daily a shitbox Civic and came across this channel years ago when I had to learn a few things. This collab was something I never thought I needed but was amazing. I have 4 LTT screwdrivers and not once did I ever think about making one into a shifter. Now I need this. I don't have a fancy K series...yet. Might have to figure out a way to do with with my D series shifter. Well done.
Absolutely no disrespect to the roadkill MCM collab. This was levels above all of that. I love this!
Would loved to have seen speed academy boys join in on this too
That would have been amazing!!!!!
So weird seeing Martin working with Canadian Tire branded Motomaster products. Very cool. Hopefully you had a good time. Maybe next time you can come out to the East side (the correct side) of the country!
The Eurobeat caught me off guard, well played
Well the car does look like it it could be a side characters car in initial D but yeah it was pretty unexpected but welcomed
I love both channels and this was a great collaboration that is def worth a watch and rewatch
What a journey, love the crossover guys!
Seeing Marty and Dave in the bar was awesome 😂😊
Heaven help the peeps coming over from ltt when they discover "The Unicorn Circuit" 🤣🤣🤣
Man, I wish I had known you were here... I would have loved to have met you, bought ya a coffee or something. You guys are great! And your video is so much better than LTTs! LOL
So when is Turbo Yoda going over to put a racing snail on it?
I started watching both channels around the same time over 10 years ago and its so cool to see both of them together collaborating!
Very entertaining.
I'm so use to seeing Marty stand next to Scott and looking real short. Seeing him net to Linus reminds me that the boys are actually pretty tall.
Linus is also pretty short.
@@joewaun894 Yeah, hes like 5'6". The MCM boys are around 6' to 6'1". Scott has to be atleast 6'5", 6'6".
Scott is gigantic. I'd love to see him next to Linus.
@@iticklechickens I seem to remember Scott saying in a video years ago that he was over 7 feet tall? Thought he said 2.2 metres but I could be wrong.
@@StopDropandLOL 7'8", but those are two separate measurements
Loved ltts vid on this but glad yall posted a longer format video on it… the screwdriver mod was a solid deal and quick
As a local Vancouverite they will get a box 2 Vehicle inspection for that exhaust so hopefully they change it soon 😂
He just has to stay away from VPD, Surrey RCMP is used to straight-piped Honda's and V6 Chargers
They did change it 😁
Like I said on the LTT channel, you two have been my favorite chaqnnels for 10 years and to see you guys collab was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much!
Love this. Two of my favorite channels together in a collab. Great work!
The collab i never thought would happen from two of my favorite channels. What timeline am i living in?! 2 of the most talented and creative teams combined. This is amazing.
There’s definitely a part 2…. Turbo
