The Prime Tea balances the doshas, so if you have an imbalance of a particular dosha it will begin to pull it out and remove it. Sometimes at this early stage, you may notice more of that imbalance. If you have an underlying Vata imbalance, then as you first begin to drink the tea you could experience some insomnia as the excess Vata is being pulled out and removed. Try drinking it every other day at first until this passes. You can also apply ghee on the soles of your feet at bedtime to help ground you to help with sleep. 😊
