TY so much for this instruction video!! I just bought the MK arcade , the marvel vs. Capcom arcade and the killer instinct arcade last night for my gaming room in the basement! I am super stoked to assemble these and bring some of my childhood nostalgia into my home and into my children's lives! Now, I literally have every game system that has ever came out . This video was helpful. I watched it and referred to the assembly book as my cabinet had some variations. Setup took me 2 and a half hours but it looks great and I was really surprised by how it brightens up my room and looks so fun and cool. I will have to order more machines soon. Thanks for a quality product.
I've got all 6 available, minus the deluxe 12 in one unit. I'm in love with these things. My upstairs loft is now an arcade. Will be buying Mortal Kombat and Space Invaders in March
The instructions from my assembly guide said to watch this video, but this video reverses a step and it kind of screws things up. On mine you can’t put both of the sides together and then just slide down “I” down the vertical shaft, it will never fit. You actually have to insert “I” first and then put the sides together, which is how the paper manual tells you to do that. I didn’t know the instructions would vary, so I watched the video and now I’m going to have to take it apart to fix it. I’ve been at this a while and my back hurts, so I’m not sure if I’ll do anything else tonight, but seriously, that really blew.
U guys hit a home run with MK2....Awesome machine....very easy to assemble...followed this video and didnt even need manual....Time for a Mario Bros Trilogy with Punchout, and a Ninja Gaiden Trilogy....this is my first 1Up machine and i love it....awesome unit.....worth the $
Dragon Gamer oh trust me, I know there is definitely a better option. It's just the matter of the design of it and of a smaller accurate model that helps bring back great memories
Chubzdoomer it's not really a better option with price but with the amount games you can play. This one is still better because of the price and weight of the cabinet
This video is helpful. Buying the golden axe cab in a few days. Can not wait to set this up in my pc gaming room but I will have to change my speakers setup now. Speaker placement is very important
Yeah, I just stumbled across their website a few minutes ago. Really need to get the Rampage, Gauntlet, Joust (and Defender, too, even though I never liked that game much) unit in my life! Spent so many Friday and Saturday nights after work at the local Putt-Putt shoveling money into Gauntlet with co-workers. "Warrior needs food badly" usually followed by: "Elf shot the potion!" ... I did that a lot, and never on purpose. _That's my story and I'm sticking to it!_ =)
Nearly done assembling my Galaga machine. Really appreciate the included plexiglass for the control panel. I did have to slide my bezel down an eighth of an inch to get the marquee to set flush to the monitor assembly, though. One important instruction was left out. Use an 8 foot, or 6 foot folding table to assemble the product on. It'll save your back, and knees. LOL. ;)
Personally I think they are missing the boat on this market. The cabinets are nice and all but why not have a USB drive that connects to the brains of the system. Making USB officially licensed add on games would sale these forever. Just saying everyone doesn't have space to buy a lot of these. I struggled finding spot for my Rampage cabinet but would love to legally add more games to my cabinet down the road.
A four-player one would be good, but chances are it would have those games due to them being tied to licenses to comic books and TV shows, meaning to get those games, Arcade1Up and Konami would have to negotiate with Viacom, Fox, and Marvel Comics to get their okay. Chances are if they did a beat-em-up, they would only use Capcom ones like Final Fight and Captain Commando.

My asteroids machine took maybe over an hour. The only difficult part was putting the two final screws in the monitor as once all sides on you’ve limited space to manoeuvre inside without lightning. Gonna start on the space invaders machine now

I messed up somewhere as when it was time to bolt down the controllers only one screw would screw down. Also I must've broke something as a plastic piece broke from the inside and fell to the bottom. Not sure where it came from 🤦🤦🤦 But it works👍
Just put together a Simpsons arcade1up. What a hassle - the light up marquee was ever so slightly warped which threw out the top assembly completely - IE the little dowels wouldn't line up with the holes. I got it together with a lot of swearing, banging, bending and pushing but there are some very small gaps including the right side of the marquee and the screen which now doesn't sit totally flush - you can just see a strip of brown MDF because the screen isn't sitting right against the right side of the cabinet. On another note, there was dust and debris under the plexiglass, something I didn't notice until it was installed and the protective sticker was removed. Also there's plastic residue from said sticker stuck under the top screws and there's no way to loosen them because the marquee is in the way and the screen is angled. To remove the screws and plexiglass I'd have to disassemble the marquee and after the trouble I had I'm not sure I could reassemble it.
My wife got me one for Christmas She gave it to me early since I knew what it was. This tutorial is much better than the instructions it came with. Much thanks!

For the remove protective film step of the teenage mutant ninja turtles 1up do I remove the screws surrounding the screen instead? They look like they are holding a plastic screen over the lcd.
Some of this info doesn't apply to the Marvel Cab. Step 12 for example in my instructions want me to put together B and M first together. You really should update this or make a newer one.
