I love how from 3:40 Isshin went apesh!t, like a cornered animal. He didn't fight as calculated as his previous two phases , he just kept attacking Sekiro with his raw strength . You could literally feel how heavy those blows are god damn

Holy shit, imagine completely healing and restoring your posture at 0:41 and casually using mortal draw! Nice job Ongbal, this looked as close to impossible as it can get in terms of mechanics.
Holy Moly, what a battle. It all looked so clean, Isshin included. After reading the description of what's going on, I put my finger on it, it makes Isshin achieve a sort of Player Level Skill, It's a glimpse into what Sekiro PvP could look like.
It was magnificent from 3:10 I replayed this dodging a lot by jumping by chaining with the Ichimonji + the attack with the shield, it was so clean. Bravo for this performance of Ongbal !
I just want to appreciate the Isshin voice actor, the man lived inside the character and gave you the precise feeling of an angry hypered samurai. also great show as usual Ongbal.

My personal opinion, sekiro has the most fun sword fighting mechanics I've ever seen. I'd def love to either see a sequel to Sekiro or what you mentioned here!
Modded From combat is what they should be influenced by for their actual releases. Some of the mechanics for Dark Souls Archthrones could've been what we got for ER, for instance. If Sekiro 2 ever gets made, I want the gameplay to be like modded Sekiro

This version has a lot of off rhythm strikes and surprising combos. I’ve seen versions with lots of cool looking and crazy attacks, but this version seems like it would be the hardest to master.
Looking at this as if it is canon lore, two things come to mind. One, Sekiro knows what he wants to eat when he is hungry. No "do I want noodle or rice?" Bullshit. Two, he was equivalent to Shima Sakon as a demon on the field of battle. I imagine no two accounts of him on the battlefield were accurate. Seeing someone match this is one thing, but imagining this in the midst of battle with dozens of foes unable to *touch* him is spine tingling. Great video. Great implications.
I downloaded your Sekiro save from your description, and I'm now trying to defeat this mod's version of Genichiro to get to Isshin. It's so hard, but I've never felt more alive!

Holyyyy moly, I hope Isshin was like that in the base game. I beat him a lot of times, and I got used to his fight. I did many challenges in order to have a harder fight, but this one. This Isshin is god himself, I LOVE it 🤩🤩

It really is something else! Being visually simplistic adds to the strength of the mod! Isshin really can push you around the arena if you're not mindful of the surroundings! I only noticed it when I saw the bridge and the final stages of the fight taking place near the edge of the cliffside! Bosses are immune to falling. The player is not!
Im sitting here tapping the edge of my phone like I'm playing the game and already within like 45 secs i missed a deflect and im dead,idk how this man does this its incredible.

Despite being such a short game, it has tons of replayability because of how good the combat system is. From CANNOT abandon this gameplay style.
