- Secret Life animatic!! This life series has been SO GOOD!!! It’s so so much fun lol. I animated some of the scenes I rlly loved from mumbo and scars episodes (3rd ep). I’ve never really done something like this before but I hope it turned out alright and that u like it :3 I have no idea if anyone even reads yt descriptions uhhh if u did ty!
Also, first upload in over three years!! Crazy how it’s been so long?? I’ve done animations etc just haven’t uploaded them oof. I’ll try and do so from now on I swear

What I used: Flipaclip to animate, iMovie to edit together, on an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil ✏️

“Be better” Mumbo says, as he’s out of the series before Scar even loses a life LOL
He literally got caught on fenceposts HE PLACED and if it had not been for him grian would’ve likely never falsely hit success and had to get a wither so mumbo would never have gone to red due to the lava! He doomed himself!

Yeah Scar in the life series is a deceptive one. He makes it seem like he's just super incompetent, but when it comes to it, he somehow just survives and swindles his way out of being attacked. Or, you know, just fights well. Like that early Gem attack in session 7 just now, Scar came out on top in that one.
And in that particular session where Mumbo had that task, he only lost 3 and 1/2 hearts, just enough to make Mumbo lose. Most players lose way more per session on average.
I feel like Mumbo and Scar have similar skills at the game. But Scar is the type of person to happen upon danger more often than Mumbo. And Mumbo is the type to hang around the wrong people more often.
The irony of that episode too. Scar lost like 4 hearts, Mumbo around 20.
yeah! and surprisingly mumbos always out of the series super early lol
I love watching animations with secret life, but this is by far the BEST DRAWING STYLE OF MUMBO THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! (And drawing style in general!) Amazing! :D

I like to think that Mumbo’s declaration that Scar needs to be better is what put him on his villain arc and brought his victory.
Honestly, losing ONLY 3.5 hearts while gaining 10 is really impressive
The characters are soo expressive, really love the animation and the overall designs! Honestly gave me a vibe as if this came straight out of a cartoon, you did such an amazing job on this animation! Genuinely one of my most fav last life animations.
