    The mind creates stories about the future, but similarly the body reacts to the mind with feelings which we interpret as fear, and it is those feelings which the mind uses to reinforce and support the feeling of an imaginary fear of the future, along with mental imagery and mental thoughts.
    As the taoists say, turn the affliction into a cure. Focus on those feelings, notice them when those thoughts come. Turn them into energy through awareness of them.
    First interrupt the mind with noticing the thoughts and feelings. The breath is the way in, the breath is the way into the body.
