Me & My Anxiety: Where did it start?

- Hi all. This is a bit of a long chatty video but i felt that this story might be interesting to anyone curious about Anxiety disorders.
This is how it started for me but it can be different for anyone.
I'm glad to say that for the most part, I am in control of my anxiety and am able to work and live very happily. Other's have it a lot worse than me.
If you think you may be suffering from anxiety, depression etc. do not keep it to yourself. Seek the advice of your doctor.
For me, talking to a psychologist helped so much!

Let me assure you, you are a very handsome man. I really think your haircut is wonderful. It's great that you're open enough to talk about your anxiety. I've had it happen and I think it was a result of feeling a loss of control, subconsciously. That crazy subconscious.

I think you're so brave to share TT... completely interesting and I'm so glad I watched. I've suffered with milder anxiety and it's definitely an ongoing thing to deal with. You're strong man - keep doing you. Love you! XX
