First of all,Happy Birthday!
Thank you for sharing with us today! That was very brave of you to share something so personal. I've never really dealt with anxiety to the extent you're talking about, but I definitely get anxious at certain moments in my life. When I get anxious, I as, God to help me through it and calm my nerves.
