It is the inner energy of consciousness that is extracted from a person wholly extroverted in their attention. In turning the light around one finds dullness. The energy is leaked out and the inner reflection is dull. I think shining back is the inner energy being recognised. That is luminosity. Guard the centre and hold fast to the one.
