Just discovered your channel a few weeks ago and uncannily enough mentioned to a couple of the guys at work about your all out tomahawk video,, turns out the two coolest guys there have already watched and subscribed,, salute to you ,, a breath of fresh air and an enjoyable watch.
Loving the Searing sounds and also the sensitivity of your microphone. The chewing and swigging sounds are the next best thing to actually eating it through the screen!
Another awesome video. Not long after I started in the scouts, would have been late 80’s, I went on my first district camp which was held at Somerset Christian camp, down the road from this spot. This was before the M1 freeway was finished so all the trucks used to head up the Putty road. We arrived into camp after dark and you could see the orange side lights on all the trucks up above us on the putty road and as the road is undulating I thought the camp was really cool as it had a chair lift.
So simple, but that looks soooo good! Now I have to explain to my wife why I need an Hibachi 😂 The seared salmon with the blowtorch looked good, but I’d try the same with the steak.
That looked really good, and trail friendly. Seared Halloumi cheese would be a nice addition. This will be a must try on my next overnighter. Thanks for sharing.
Love the technique as always Harry, we watch you everyday. Going to have to try some salmon seared as you’ve done it in this video, looks absolutely delicious!! Thank you. 🥰
Great improvising, looks yummy. I didn’t realise men got baby brain too 🤣 Hope more sleep is not too far away for you all. I always thought it was scollop in Australia.
It wouldn’t be a Fire to Fork episode if you didn’t forget to bring something 😅. Another great one. “Eared” I forgot to bring the “s” hahahaha “Seared”
I find it incredibly amusing that in I don't know how many episodes you have forgotten the chop sticks. This time you remember the chop sticks, forgot everything else, then don't even use them to eat with. 😂 Also prefer the seared Salmon.
The forgotton tools etc wasnt the surprising thing for me, it was you drinking water, i thought you were just beer and a bit of blood 🤣 ahahahahahahahahaha
I seared what you did here, I approve. Will be making this for some friends this weekend. The only thing close to (better than)? something done well is something new done well.
Maybe a collaboration with MCM Marty and Moog when you make it to Sydney. Just like you a love of Delica’s and camping, not to mention Japanese culture. They would go for a seared steak for certain.
I bought your awesome book, !, please post more recipes on your website, and please don’t make me have to go eat at Outback Restaurants in the North American! Listen y’all Fire to Fork is the Real Deal, keeping your food to yourself and enjoy being outdoors and cook any 4 / 8 hour Italian Sunday super you like! Keep it fun!
Love this idea I’ve thought about sushi in the bush so many times but way to hard this t I think I’ll try, especially the blow torched stuff at the end*seared*
when i see your clips it makes me Sea Red because i wish i was back in my home state again. great clip and great food. have with the sleepless nights thanks from FIJI
That is a fantastic take on sushi steak and potatoes Harry. Another take is you could use a mandolin and slice the potatoes thin and then "seared" on the grill.
One of the reasons I always love to go camping. I have my own stuff, always the same gear with me and I know where to find it... :P Maybe you need some duplicates of some things do you don't have to get stuff out of the Prado xD
Spectacular episode, even with all the adaptations due to your baby brain. Definitely ScOllops even though it is spelt scAllops. Such a great hack to use gems instead of rice. Seared a thought into my brain to try this using seared Kangaroo fillet or yabbies or Emu with some of the thick teriyaki sauce. Keep up the fantastic work
We have a rule in our family that a maximum of 11 gems per head per feed! Am so trying both seared then blow torched. Congratulations on the arrival of your new little legs.
Was entertaining to watch another Harry “forgotten” episode, still say you need that or a similar code word, but you coped like all of us who regularly camp, use what you have. How did the “seared” prawns go, I imagine they were magic.
Pronounced scAllop, but we’re lazy in Aus and pronounce it scOllop. Lightly seared, the scallop won’t care. Love the hibachi grill, great piece of kit.
In Victoria we pronounce scallops as scollops. I don't know why? It's like we have potato cakes and northern NSW they're potato scallops also pronounced scollops. It's a weird world. I would love to try 'seared' wagu of a habachi. Cheers
Offended American here. Found your channel a week or so ago. Love it. Now, send me a cook book. Lol ***seared***

Scrumptious, Seared and simplely enjoyable foods. Love the experimenting and creating delicious ways to deliver great food ideas.
Using the potato gems is a brilliant idea. SEARED seafood and steak on top is something I will try. Yabbie’s into mix might be interesting.

Seared salmon for the win! Definitely love this idea as a sushi alternative.
seared I was just thinking blow torch and you whipped it out .
Nice one Harry, love me some seared salmon. 👌
Harry love your style,if anyone has even offended they need to drink more. Don’t change mate your style is unique and fun. “Seared “the rest.😅
Experimenting with some new camera angles Harry? I like it! Almost as much as i like seared seafood. ;)
Yeah I’ve added a 3rd camera and I like just putting it in weird spots to mix it up. It’s good fun

Perfect, “seard “ for our enjoyment 😊
Do you cook Mynamar/Burmese food?
GEMS ARE LIFE!!!!! SEARED STEAK AND A CRISPY POTATO YESSSSS!!!!!!
The potato gems are a good substitute, especially Seared”.
I think you SEARED many Japanese sushi chefs with this one. But, I would bet some will be stealing this idea. 😊

You really 'seared' this one. Can't wait to try this 'Japanese' feed!
This is a great way to start my weekend :) Consider me seared.
We have a rule in our family that a maximum of 11 gems per head per feed! Am so trying both seared then blow torched. Congratulations on the arrival of your new little legs.
Small pieces of salmon are great when seared using a blow torch.
That Hibachi grill is seared into my brain, have to get me one of them!
Blowtorch seared salmon on potato... reminds me of the UK railway station safety slogan:
Sear it
Soy it
Sorted.
Seared is the goods, but blowtorched is even better.! Love it.!
Seared is the way to go. Will give it a go!
Omg 🤤 potato gems, prawns, scallops, SEARED salmon and steak. It’s all my favourite foods together. #dietofchampions
That seared steak looked awesome. Good job.
Everything is always better when seared properly 😂
I will be trying this one soon. Your book might assist greatly. “seared” I the way to go. MikeE

Was entertaining to watch another Harry “forgotten” episode, still say you need that or a similar code word, but you coped like all of us who regularly camp, use what you have. How did the “seared” prawns go, I imagine they were magic.
One of the best meals I've ever had was Totchos. Tater tot nachos. Freaking awesome. Not much seared about it, but great nonetheless.
Seared salmon & avo - yum! And Scallops is most definitely pronounced scollops😊
He 'seared' that tastes great 😊
I reckon I could convince the misses to finally watch rice. If I seared off some fish and put it on potato gems like this
Pronounced scAllop, but we’re lazy in Aus and pronounce it scOllop. Lightly seared, the scallop won’t care.
Love the hibachi grill, great piece of kit.
Gunna try this for sure. 'Seared' meat and sea food, gotta be good. Cheers
Seared salmon is one of my favourites
Top seared job as always cheers from grumpy
Wow Potato gems taking to the next level “seared”
Totally seared that one. The Japanese would be proud.
Very creative idea 👌
Seared 🤞
Haven't had a potato gem in ages. Will have to get some. My young fella will be right into them. He'll be seared otherwise
In Victoria we pronounce scallops as scollops. I don't know why? It's like we have potato cakes and northern NSW they're potato scallops also pronounced scollops. It's a weird world. I would love to try 'seared' wagu of a habachi. Cheers

Another great episode “seared”
