You can also get gluten free gochujang. Usually have to visit a korean super market, though i have seen it in woolies very occasionally. It's the more traditional style chilli paste that uses rice flour only, instead of padding it out with wheat flour.
@@firetoforkyeh same here. My Korean gf was very excited when she found it haha. There is a couple different brands, but from memory Sempio has one that actually labels gluten-free on the front. Though I've found it hard to find and it seems to only come in the tubs, not squeeze bottles.
