Ingredients 食材料:
Dough面团;
115g low protein flour (cake flour) 115克低筋面粉
90g corn syrup 90克玉米糖浆
35g corn oil 35克玉米油
1/2 tsp beet root powder 1/2茶匙甜菜根粉
1 tsp Matcha powder 1茶匙抹茶粉
1 & 1/2 tsp purple sweet potato powder 1&1/2茶匙紫薯粉
Fillings馅料;
330g red bean paste 330克红豆沙馅
30g toasted melon seeds 30克烘烤后的瓜子
Mould Size模具尺寸
50g mooncake mould, can make 12 pieces of 50g mooncake
50克月饼模 ,可制成12粒50克重月饼
