Love these video. When I was having some issue with my tight lower back rock and roll Coach Alex show me the bridge raise. He said because of my glute and abs is weak that’s why I have tightenness in lower back. It waits so well for me.
Yes, that is a GREAT Exercise to help take pressure off the lower back!! Love that he showed you that!!! Hope all is well and see you at the gym soon :)
@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell I miss going to CrossFit a lot . Been busy laying my house floor. Coach every time I do snatch I tend to lean forward putting more pressure on my ankle. I think it’s because of my poor overhead squat. Any tip to Strengthen/ or should I stretch the ankle?
Around 7:03 you sound a lot like Jennifer Anniston 😂 anyways great video. You and pat have helped me with things such as double unders, muscle ups, stretching, and recovery to meals as well. Forever a fan of the channel. 🤘🏽

Yea 238 is actually one of the highest readings I have seen. I do see 200+ a lot but that was really high! HRV is specific to each individual just like MAXHR . We will get something out on this in the future!
I’m glad you covered recovery as I don’t pay enough attention to this and I’m not sure how to incorporate this into my workout. How do you address this in your ibex training program?

@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell on my FB I posted, There's a stretch. Then there's a 2 minute stretch ( it gets magical as it aligns; consistency). Just wanted to thank you cause as I was stretching both my legs for the 2 minutes the right one's sartorius and tensor fasciae latae muscles shifted the leg into position. Keep on blessing!!
Random question: Is your mom competing again this year? I enjoyed when you had her on and she said she was going to drink beer and watch you at the Games lol 😂

I use either topical from sidekick or the cbd topical from Beam! Either one works great!
