What top? Haha! So I just use the Brillo pad for the top in most cases. It usually has a coil that’s really hard to clean around and isn’t typically that dirty. You can use the easy off but be careful not to get it on the coils.
@@Cherry-wz8uqeasy off should not touch the heating elements at all or go into the fan. I ended up using a self cleaning function on the oven and then used easy off for anything left over.
@@thomasdaghita I learned that products should not go on the heating element as it is poisonous when cooking. Also the heating element shouldn’t be wet or it will short circuit the oven.
What if I sprayed the heat element by mistake, but tried to rinse it the best I could after realizing it. Will my house burn down? And after how many hours can I use my oven again after the cleaning?
As long as you cleaned it off as best you could no worries.NO your house won't burn. After the cleaning the oven can be used...no need to wait.I personally bring it up to 350 degrees for 15 minutes with it empty then shut it off after cleaning just to remove anything that may be an issue when baking. Its not necessary..Also washing with plain soap and water after cleaning can help insure no toxic chemicals remain.
The directions say you can use heat on the orignal Easy Off can? So im confused about you saying not to. Also, how do you clean the roof of the oven, with the broil burner in the way?
The directions for this one say to use on a cold oven. I’m not sure if or why it’s different from the other kind. I typically don’t clean the top or roof of the oven with this. I just use a Brillo pad and get what I can. However, you could remove the heating elements. They usually come out by removing a few screws. With the heating elements out of the way you could spray it down no problem!
The Pink Stuff actually works great too! I have a video using that as well. You can see it here: How to Clean Oven Without Chemicals - The Pink Stuff Oven cleaner ruclips.net/video/rcsuBo03h0k/видео.html
I agree 👍🏼 I used this product and I have cleaned the product off as instructed and it's left a white residue. Extremely unhappy as it's a brand new oven.
You can however it’s not that easy and you need to be careful because it’s a high voltage circuit. I made a video of you’d like to check that out here: Oven Cleaning Tips ruclips.net/video/jJuU61jyQjs/видео.html
THIS VIDEO WAS VERY HELPFUL. I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE SOAP, WATER, AND PADS. 🌻
What about the top ceiling of the oven?

@@T-London The self cleaning feature on most ovens will deteriorate the heating element. Better to use a cleaner.
great job thanks for sharing
How long should you wait to use oven once it is cleaned?
As long as you wipe it out good you can use it immediately.
Make sure to wash the inside of oven with dish soap n water before using that toxic environment! Rinse well with water
Why is this coming out as a spray? I just bought a new can and can only get it as a stream.
Close the door unless you want to simulate a glass atck, good tip on the soap water.
if you get it on the heating element can't you just wipe it down?
Thank You for this video. My directions on my can had become unreadable.

The Heavy Duty DEFINITELY says to heat the oven 1st. 🔥
How do you know it wasn’t just the soapy water that did the trick and not the easy off spray ?
I THINK THE EASY OFF SOAK MADE IT EASIER TO GET OFF. 👑 🐐 🌻 ✌🏽
Prefer the pink cleaner or pumice stone

I did it and the smell wont go away
You can try rinsing it with just water. Sometimes I also run the self cleaning cycle for the oven.
I love easy off oven cleaner, it’s melted off all the oils
Can't you just unscrew the Heating Coil?
He should be wearing oven gloves when spraying as well.
If it doesnt burn your nose its not going to clean
First time using it tonight and it took my breath away. Physically. Haha
