that is the whole idea of Tai Chi, soft as water, move as running water.
it hurts soooo badly though like honestly taichi is one of the hardest routines and is the longest routine because you need so much strength to hold those poses for that long and because it’s slow it feels as though your muscles are burning at every moment

Kabayang sih harus perform gerakan kayak gitu dg kondisi lutut yg sdh gak 100% selama hampir 10 tahun...cuma tanggung jawab yg totalitas yg bikin dia bisa bertahan selama ini...kalo PB wushu siap dg sistim yg baik maka gak ada yg perlu dikhawatirin dg pensiunny Lindswell...insyaaAllah penerusnya akan bermunculan.

Beautifully and skillfully executed. I think this is a young person’s sport. Like most athletic events it puts a lot of strain on the body during their careers and as they age. You don’t see older adults doing this at the speed in which they perform. But we seniors do it at a slower moderate pace and style.
