Just finished watching all of your videos, They are relatable from someone who is the same age and has done/been through the same things as you (Working unfulfilling meaningless job, Running away from life). Your videos have a relaxing vibe for me, From Australia
I think these videos will help you improve your English, keep it up. I do enjoy your video's and letting the world have a peak into your daily life. Also happy birthday. If you could share your favorite spot to see the Sakura Blossoms that would be great and any of your favorite hiking places. Thanks.
It's amazing how your storytelling gets better by the video! Shots are also getting better in composition, music, editing, each time there's big progress ! Also, happy belated birthday!! Your life is getting better, and soon all the escapism will just be a cloud in the sky - just let the sun shine brighter :) And again, congratulations on the honesty and openness you bring to your videos - you found your way to coping with the world around you, and it's really warm to see that. Oh, my favourite Ghibli movie is Princess Mononoke for sure! my favourite character are all the kodamas! Keep it up Saiko!
I am writing this because your videos give me a sense of relief, it's like i am not alone i have someone, a friend..... it's like your my friend and i am having a conversation with you. You make me less lonely to be honest, keep making these videos. Thank you☺️
I happen to come across one of your videos as I was searching for vlogs on Japan. I love your style, as well as your personality! I did not think twice on subscribing to your channel. So here's wishing you all the blessings life has to offer! 🇯🇵 ❤ 👌
Happy birthday! Have you thought of doing working holiday? I live in Australia and a lot of Japanese come here to do that. You can earn good money and gain new experience as well.
Happy birthday! That matcha waffle looks amazing! I've been to Belgium and I never saw any matcha waffles which I would probably prefer :p Life is made up of small wins and losses. Give yourself a win by reaching out to your parents. Then you'll have one less thing weighing on your mind, and you'll probably make them happy too. Many times you'll find that making others happy will give you some semblance of peace as well :)
Hello Saiko! I'm a new subscriber, and I'm so glad I discovered your channel! Thank you for your monthly videos. It's been my lifelong dream to visit Japan. Your videos serve as a great insight into the country. I completely understand how you feel. Living in the United States is not easy either: inflation is up, groceries are expensive, buying a house is next to impossible, etc. I'm only 22 years old, and I personally feel weighed down by the burdens of life. But just like you, I watch old shows (i.e. Tom & Jerry) and eat in order to take my mind off of daily difficulties. I also create computer games during my spare time, which serves as a form of escapism for me. Just know that you are never truly alone. Through your RUclips channel, you've generated a supportive community that will encourage you during hard times. I hope this message finds you well and happy belated birthday!
Thank you for such a wonderful message from the US(;;)I was so encouraged. I think life in America is even harder than I imagined, but let's both do our best. Thank you!!
1) I feel that you're getting more confident and can feel that your mood is getting a brighter. 2) I understand the freezing food thought: I do the same with pork belly I buy from Costco (as it is quite cheap for the quantity you get, but I need to be able to keep it for about a month).
Ohh happy belated birthday! :3 Your brother did good lol. And great video! Very relatable topics - especially regarding running from things... sometimes life is a lot to deal with ha... I hope you keep making videos!
🎊Happy birthday!🍩 I'd love to see more hiking/exploring videos. All the editing and music in this video was excellent and fun, but my favourite was near the end, with you on top of the mountain. Whatever you decide to film, please keep sharing your thoughts and pondering and struggles and questions, at least a little bit. We out here in RUclips-land can find surface things on many channels. But here on your channel, we can find someone who's wondering about life as much as we are, and having challenges that aren't being hidden. So, we can cheer for you, and see our own lives differently, and we can all hope for good things together. 一緒に乗り越えよう!
I really like your videos and I hope to visit Japan soon! It looks so nice. I am watching alot of videos on Japan and I like how yours are very raw and real. I'd say keep doing what you love to do and do what makes you happy and if other people don't like it then you cannot worry about what other people think.
お誕生日おめでとうございます。 I'm glad you're feeling better and your mood seems lifted. Another thing I noticed is that your English seems to be improving as well. 頑張って!
First Happy Birthday. Your day off was quiet and ordinary. Seemed like my days off. Hiking is a good idea. Walking is another good exercise. You eat like a westerner which is not always good for health. Thank you for sharing your day. Interesting.
Happy belated Birthday Saiko....I'm enjoying your vlogs that you post on RUclips 🍻🎁🤳👨💻👌😁😷🇯🇵🇯🇵 What a shame you celebrated alone on your special day....🥺 Keep going, your doing well👍☺
Happy belated birthday, Saiko! I hope you can reunite with your parents soon. Getting closer to my mom has warmed even the coldest days. I’m sure you’ll experience the same soon. Looking forward to your next video :-) Perhaps I should consider taking up hiking too!
Happy birthday Saiko! It was great to see you smile a lot in this video. My favourite Studio Ghibli movie is Mononoke no Himi too. I think my favourite character would be Totoro but it is hard to choose. I don't know if it is interesting to you but you could look at a working holiday to Australia. The work culture is a lot easier and you might be able to get a Visa with your nursing studies?
Happy Birthday!!!!! I found your channel by accident and I love every moment of it! Can't believe you don't have more subscribers! Also that matcha waffle looked amazing so jealouse I they don't have any near me😂
Happy Birthday! Your videos are very interesting because of your honesty and the realism of your content. It takes a lot of courage to be as open as you are. Totally respect that. Keep up the great work, and keep moving forward. You'll get there! As a foreigner living alone in Osaka, your videos are relatable and educational for me. Thank you. Your zosui also looks much tastier than mine. lol
I love the mountain climbing, i am about to climb mount kongo this week near osaka! Do you plan on doing a fan meetup ever? Theres quite a lot of us fans now!

ちょっと遅いですが、お誕生日おめでとうございます!)私の日本語はあんまり上手じゃないのでここだけ日本語で書く事にします。) Haha, clearly need to work on my written Japanese. Anyways, I wanted to tell you that I (and we supporters) are proud of all you are doing (yes, even accomplishing the mundane tasks). You are seen and loved! This might seem odd or super out of place, but I noticed that you mentioned you want to move on from your current situation/job and start living a more exciting life (or at least one that's more suited towards you). I want to tell you that it's great to have goals and a desire to find more fulfillment in life, but you cannot find it in the people, job, or things in your everyday life (not even donuts, haha). People will disappoint you and the things you dreamed of buying will become an everyday item in your house at some point. Yet there is one thing (rather, being) that you can find purpose, joy, and life in - and that's Jesus Christ. I know, I know. People say "Christianity is a religion" or even a "religion for western countries" in Asia especially. (Having Japanese grandparents who became Christian in their mid-late twenties in Japan, I know what the local society and general population think of Christ.) But I'm here to tell you that God is for EVERYONE (including - especially - you)! His son, Jesus, died on the cross for all of the wrongdoings we've done as humans so that we can have eternal life with God (the one who loves us most). In the meantime, we can have a personal relationship with God (when I found this out four years ago, my life was forever changed). This is the best and most important decision you can make because without God, you can never find fulfillment in your job, peace in your relationships, or receive and give love freely. Yes, choosing to follow God is a major decision (the most important one, actually) that is filled with highs and lows, but I can tell you that you will never leave a day empty handed. Jesus is that good. In any case, I am praying for you, that your work situation and family matters continue to improve. If you ever need a listening ear or just want to talk, please don't hesitate to reach out(日本語でも良いですよ)! これからも頑張ってください!
