In this episode I head to Osaka, Japan, often referred to as Japan's kitchen because many of the national Japanese dishes were born in Osaka. Osaka also has a cool retro futuristic vibe with many retro neighbourhoods that I explore. I try all the famous Osakan street foods like okonomiyaki and takoyaki, the food is delicious and worth a visit to this city!

Osaka’s an epic destination to explore, I love japanese culture.
Very underrated channel
I love seeing how happy the men are serving the seafood. It looked delicious. I hope the one holding the camera gets to eat as well as you when you are enjoying all that gorgeous food.

This walk with you Malini in Osaka was amazing, but no sea urchins for me thank you very much lol, shrimp and cheese okamanakai was all day word for word bite for bite fun. The vending machines with a broken identification scanner no….Time stopped for those views and that glow beautiful. Malini as far as the connection with the camera and communicating with all your viewers everything was sharp and well edited. Well deserved down time looking forward to seeing you 2024. Many people refer to Osaka as Japan’s 3rd largest city. They don’t realize that Osaka, like Tokyo alone, is it’s own prefecture (Tokyo-to and Osaka-fu are not part of a ken/prefecture, like Kobe is in Hyogo-ken). They are essentially like city states. This means that parts of the city are split off for administrative purposes, the weirdest of all being the east part of Osaka, literally called East Osaka city (Higashi Osaka-shi). For some reason, when talking about Tokyo, people give the population of the entire prefecture (more dramatic?) whereas for Osaka, the downtown proper area only. In actual reality, Osaka dwarfs Yokohama which is often referred to as the 2nd largest city.

Excellent video! I find that since your first video you are even more comfortable showing the viewers around. You really look like you immerse yourself into the neighborhood you are interacting with. Ms. Angelica Malini thank you for sharing this video. I liked the last two establishments that you frequented. Hip, trendy, not so raw like the others. It can be a relaxing place after work to stop by and the go home or stop in on a Friday, Saturday night with a date or friends and family. I went once to Osaka back in 1993, it is amazing place. One day I would love to go back and visit again. Luckily in Los Angeles we have a lot of great Japanese restaurants, so we can get some good Japanese food.
