Joie, this tute is such fun! Sometimes, one can simply enjoy digging into supplies and figuring it all out along the way. No rules, just letting the eye take the lead and using bits of this and that to create treasures for a journal or folio. Dabs of paint always add a personal touch. TYFS. Those Arteza pens are just to die for! And I love the way you keep them all in their proper place... I would do exactly the same thing! ...isn't there a pill we can take for that? Your hinge... that's not something I've seen before but I can see where it'd add a bit more room than a glued edge alone. Love this idea. I've started my first "proto type" JJ and these faux envelopes will be PERFFECT for some of the pages that I couldn't figure out how to decorate, with the added benefit of a place to put extras...tags, journal cards, etc. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you Joie. Some really good little ideas here, love what you did colouring in the flower 🥰 I still prefer my ancient rubber stamps, I find them much easier to look after than the modern acrylic ones 😊

I love that it does fool you, because it's not a regularly envelope! Due to there is no pocket inside/frontside of the envelope.
How ever it's possible to make a small tuck under the flip on the front. Just adhere the sides of the flip and attach it to the front. And wooop whoop there will be a tuck under the flip. Just a suggestion...
