I'd take whatever one I could afford. If I could afford one of them. Awesome bows maybe one day if things in the world get better I can afford one. Hopefully.
Great stuff! These bows are good for in-palace showdown (max 12 meters range , almost pistol working distances). I used to have and shoot a 56 inch turkish style bow made by a russian bower 32 pnd. Thumb shooting in winter minus 12-14 C plenty of exitement!
Moin Armin, weist du was man sich unter "vertical phenolic grip stabilisation" und "shelf + pistol grip" sich vorstellen kann bzw es aussieht, was man beim Xerxes Mini dazu buchen kann?
Wondering if you could do an updated review of the mongol genghis khan by alibow from 6 years ago? Comparing it to other bows in the current market, would be interesting to see your opinion 👍
I got almost all fiberglass bows from Alibow a few months ago and did a video showing their differences. And with that I decided to use the Genghis khan as my new beginner bows. Not that something is wrong with the nökhör fiberglass. Just cheaper and the draw is nice
@@ArminHirmer I wonder. Could Alibow make your beginner bows takedown for the same price? The additional cost in materials might be offset by saving in shipping, especially in a bulk order for starter sets. Cool bow choice either way. 😎👍🏹
I had just tried to respond, but ended up censored, we're not allowed to give you such information, people running things value their power to censor us more than enlighten, they are amused by being surrounded by the oppressed, shame on Armin for having automated his account to function as such, might have to unsubscribe and stop watching his vids. Maybe he'll respond and help me understand his need for such tactics to generate profits in his life?
@@ArminHirmer I'm talking about my reply to LaskerEmanuelEVE being censored, did not include any of the words youtube typically censors everywhere that i go, but instead, the names of places where such bows can be found, sorry if you think me rude, i just don't like beating around the bush with issues in my life, thanks for your contribution to archery, i thought, perhaps, Nawalny was paying you to censor certain people as you promote his bows, just trying to understand why i go on being silenced
@@MarcassCarcass you really think I would do that, censor my channel because somebody would pay me? then you certainly do not know me. I did not silence you, maybe RUclips did, ask them and stop blaming people for doing nothing :)
I guess the parishioners of the "Man Made Climate Change" Church haven't prayed hard enough, and Frau Holle didn't give a damn what they pray for. But don't worry, here by us in South Africa it's also not that hot, it's actually quite "cool" for this time of the year, our temperatures, at least where I live, hasn't reached 30 degrees this week and for the coming week it's even predicted lower. Not that I'm complaining about those moderate temperatures.
Armin thank you for sharing this amazing video. I am Persian , I would love to have a Persian bow , if you could recommend just one bow for life and be Abel to hunt if needed and it must be Persian what would you choose? And if you would just have one bow for life and be Abel to hunt with it too ( Turkish, mongol ,Persian,Korean) what would you choose ?
Hello, I am a boy living in Korea. I am glad that you love our traditional bow. 😊
Both fantastic bows but my ❤ said Xerxes 😊
Already a proud owner of the short Turkish by Nawalny 🙂
I'd take whatever one I could afford. If I could afford one of them. Awesome bows maybe one day if things in the world get better I can afford one. Hopefully.
i would get both, Bow manufacturers need the archery community's support, i don't want to see it die and it should thrive
Those bows! And 🥶🏹! It might be time to release the official Asiatic Archery winter hat, thermals, and gloves. 😃 🙇🏻♂️👍🏹
I love these bows hope to see more of them
Both. Yep I want both. I might try to buy one this year and buy the other next year.

Sometimes you long draw and you feel its a lot of work and you then you just want to relax short drawing and these bows are perfect.
Thank you for your sacrifice , that was cold comparision :)
A scythian bow of this scale would be a nice addition to the mini-bow collection, I feel.
I'd love a comparison between a long version of Xerxes and Buryat bow from Vegh :)
Both look like fun little bows.... i should get both, so my Seljuk from Nawalny has some company 😁
thank you
Could u deer hunt with either ?
sure
It's -34c where I'm at.
I see you need your heated thumb ring! :D
The thumb ring for quick shooting is still in development...
and an indoor range to do my videos :D

Das wird eine steife Einlage im Grass sein, damit er sich weniger biegt. Shelf und pistol grip schätze mal, dann sieht er eher aus wie ein recurve

Ой, всё! Холодно, типа!))) У меня сейчас -20, а 5.01. было -32. (СПб).
А луки красивые.
Well....looks like I need to add another bow to my collection 😅
Is there an entry level model in the tiny bow market?

what are you talking about? I do not sensor anything, just rude words or hat speech
example would be the Turkish fiberglass by Alibow, draws 29" and costs less the 100 dollars

IF you hate the Xerxes mini... go get the short turkish...
you may learn to love the Xerxes mini after a time
I did already decide, just my employer did no not decide yet to pay me enough.🤔😁
Appreciate your suffering for us, Armin 🥶
Better get some schnapps in you & warm up! 🥃

there are a few options for Assyrian bows though, depends on your budget and which materials you like
