    Freeze Tofu and then press for extra chewiness. This Rice looks delicious

    Looks delicious. Im growing thai Basil in my garden... i.look forward to adding to my fried rice. Question: Can i use shrimp instead w the same seasoning?

      Hi, we've never tried it, but it should work. I think you'll have to cook the shrimp separately and add it back to the wok towards the end.

    Peas and carrots are not native to Thailand. Carrots could have made it into Thai cuisine since they are endemic to central Asia but peas are European.
