But my original comment was more targeted at the idea that there are too many hero characters written in a way such that they're highly conflicted (often for stupid reasons) about doing the right thing or are too dramatic (in a drama queen sort of way).
I think Optimus is da villain because he killed megs after he saved his life but that’s my opinion you stick with yours
@@ohnonoohnono9168 Megatron saved his life for selfish reasons. He would have happily gone back to killing anyone he felt like soon after. Optimus knew that and decided it was time to end it. I would argue that Optimus is a true hero because he wasn't willing to let a villain go and kill more people later. The alternative virtually guarantees more death and destruction, and if Optimus had the chance to stop that and didn't, he'd be partly responsible for it.

Not only does Prime have to take all three of them at once, he also has to keep track of Sam and protect him. That is some serious multi tasking shit right there. Imagine being so restricted just so you don't accidentally step on him

That's one thing that always confused me was " How the hell is that long not fucked up ". Like Sam has better luck than me and Optimus is amazing at multitasking while multi-fighting
Megatron also needs Sam Alive in order to extract the information from his brain. Starscream firing his machine gun everywhere was pretty reckless, or he simply doesn’t care if he screws over Megatron accidentally killing Sam in the crossfire.

The only Transformer that's been in every single movie and hasn't died once is Bumblebee
Even though he looses this fight, I think it's one of the best examples how bad ass Optimus Prime is. Fighting 1v3 he managed to kill one guy, seriously wound other one (Starscream lost his hand doring this fight) and badly beating up Third one. It really shows that he is a beast.
I wouldn't realy call it a full on loss, since he thought he defeated them all and focused on the person he needed to protect. Then Megatron went ahead and played the method of cheapness, he stabbed him from behind
I will say that Megatron lost a whole lot of himself after the first movie. You can see he’s only half the size that he originally was.
If he wasn’t worried about Sam being there Optimus would have killed all 3 of them I have no doubt about that 😂

Optimus Prime is such an inspirational hero, he literally takes on three huge Decepticons to save one human boy. Optimus has one thing that Megatron never can which is Compassion. Megatron merely uses his soldiers to suit his own needs, to him they are expendable. Whereas Optimus will fight until his very last breath, to save all his comrades. He’s not just the ideal soldier he’s a war hero/father figure to millions. Megatron only wins this battle, by sneaking up on Optimus and literally stabbing/shooting him in the back. This highlights the key difference between the two. Megatron has lost his sense of honour and respect. Xx

Revenge of the fallen, Age of extinction, and The last knight especially were all disgraces to cinema and Transformers as a whole. The first one was to me kinda boring while Dark of the moon is kinda entertaining but still bad bc of how many characters it wasted and the story was horrendously bad. Bumblebee alone is way better than all 5 of the Bayverse movies put together because it is real Transformers with emotion and proper storytelling and good characters not the soulless robots who just punch each other and crap from Bayverse.

I feel like Optimus accessed the net and downloaded/studied a bunch of martial arts tutorials and documentaries after the first movie. In the first movie, Megatron was more than his match but here he kept up with 3 Decepticons including Megatron.

Optimus paused the battle to try and search for Sam thus dropping his guard, allowing Megatron to preform the K.O. Besides, Megatron thinks little of Humans and seeing Optimus' care and compassion for them probably seems "weak" in his eyes

I really wished Transformers 4 had more fight like like. The fact that it didn't, remains this forest fight scene and the fight in Egypt the best fighting scenes in the franchise. Don't get me wrong, TF4 was still a really good movie.

Transformers Revenge of The Fallen was the only movie that Megatron was hardcore, extreme, and intense Decepticon. Megatron, The Fallen, Starscream, Soundwave, and Devastator were the only Decepticons that dominated the movie.
Megatron: Gets his ass whooped, arm cut off, calls for back up, still gets ass beat. Gets one lucky cheap shot.
Also Megatron: "So weak."
Best fight of the entire franchise, TF1 and 2 were solid action movies.
