There’s a prison podcast by an ex-BOP CO. He said that a Federal prisoner has to do 85% of his time. I worked for the BOP in the mid-80s, and I remember them changing the system back then and the “crew” talking about the BOP ending Federal Parole.
Joe Piney Armone looked like nice, tiny quiet old man I see at Aqueduct Racetrack in the late 1970s. Theyd place bets for us, give us a beer 🍺 😎..Great times..It was like having 20 Grampas to hang out with. Matt NYC
My father, grandfather and uncles would play Briscola (breesk as Sal called it) at family gatherings, always for money. That was the card game that men would play.
Angelo Ruggerio is not Neil Dellacroce nephew, not by blood or marriage.. he just called Neil uncle because he was close, it’s common thing in the Italian culture
Was sal polisi on mafia row back when Henry Hill got slapped around, and how Henry ran and cried to paul vario instead of handling it. which totally destroyed his reputation..
FINALLY.... Finally a video about the infamous "Mafia Row".. touching on & confirming it's existence! I've actually googled 'Mafia Row' & it's so wild that hardly almost anything really pops up about it. Information about it is very very scarce & hard to find! It's all so interesting.. because I've seen a couple articles or interviews over the years where there were people disputing "Mafia Row's" actual existence & saying the scenes about it in Goodfellas were all false, fake & exaggerated..it wasn't true! But then, I've read both of Henry Hill's books where he talks about it all.. & he says it actually was even worse than what was portrayed in Goodfellas! He says that each of the Five Families all literally had their own separate tiers/floors in Lewisburg all to themselves & it really really was like that! 😯 So it's good to finally see someone else doing a video about it & confirming it was all real! PLEASE do more videos going more into depth about this please!
Hi Adrian & Sal. Sal..did anyone ever call You Sally Boy? Some of our friends we called Sally Boy, Johnny Boy. It was a term of indearment. Sal looks like a broad shouldered big guy.. Was he as tall as Jimmy Burke (6 foot 3?). Apparently, Sal passed his love of football to his sons taking it to a higher level.. Did Sal play organized tackle ball? In HS? If so, where? Matt NYC
Does Polisi talk about Johnny Dio making/ scaring him into chopping some guys balls off? ( and that's with Polisi out on the streets and Dio inside for life, but that's how scary Dio was). Mentions it in the book, but said doesn't like remembering it. (
