Use Santuary/Refectio against him. He can be found left of the Creature boss and Parm pick up. May have to kill him within a time limit.

Select Charlotte and only allow 1 weapon. Turn off Random Events and do not pick up any Candy Boxes or Arma Dios. Survive for 30 minutes with Raging Fire. You can evolve it and can use any passives found on stage/level-ups.

I think she is bugged as I was able to unlock her the same way you unlock the Succubus: Use Nightmare/Hex on her. Didn't have to use Leon as the hint implies. Anyway, she is located in the stone area just before the clock tower.

Kill a certain amount of enemies possibly with the Troll bomb or Neutron bomb. The trolls themselves like to hang out in the purple/blue-ish cave area.

Kill a bunch of Axe Armor enemies with the evolved Discus, Stellar Blade. Best place to grind is in the little room with a mirror to the right of the clock tower.

Kill a bunch of them with the evolved Silver Revolver, Jewel Gun or evolved Rock Riot, Gemma Torpor. They are in the purple/blue-ish cave area just to the right of the sewers.

Kill a lot of them with the the evolved Discus, Stellar Blade. Best place I have found them at is in the stone area where Carmilla is at. Much like Carmilla, I think this one is bugged as it shares the same conditions as the Axe Armor.

Use Barlowe and kill Blackmore in the library (he's the boss with the Big Black Wolf shadow)

Use Quincy Morris to kill him. He appears at the 25 minute mark.

Use Richter and level up all four clock weapons and then evolve them. Take the evolved clock to the Dracula fight room and initiate the fight with Death. Then quit out.
