This man is not a Shaolin Master. He is a Shaolin Disciple. Imagine going to study under someone claiming to be a Doctor and you find out the person recently passed an HNC in medicine. That's the reality here. There is an official statement from the Shaolin Temple Shan Song regarding the "Abbot" at "Shaolin Temple Europe". Warning about the fraud. Does this man know martial arts yes, does he have a philosophy that works possibly, is it hundreds of years of lineage tried and tested techniques no. It's eclectic second generation spirituality.
Shi Heng Yi you should be honest and tell the people what you are selling. And essentially you have been impersonating a Shaolin Monk until you got your disciple certificate and are still currently impersonating a Shaolin Master?

I have been seeing Shifu Shi Heng Yi for a few years now but all your interviews since you started have made such an impact. And this 1st one for 2024 was a more relaxing way to start a new year. Job well done, I look forward to all your future interviews with Master, but I’d like to convey my appreciation to Master Shi Heng Yi for all the lessons I’ve learned the last few years and that I was able to change my life in many different ways from his teachings, I am grateful for that day i noticed master Shi Heng Yi on the Ted X show….and I haven’t stoped following since then. The moment I started to live my life with the purpose of helping others and trying to set a good example for the people that listen to me trying to share some positive and kind things I stopped worrying about material things... I have more than enough. We should put the God first in our life and everything will come into its place.

My biggest take away was, take a look at what ever I am most disturbed by today is what I must find a solution to so I don’t carry the disturbance into any more days. Very motivating.
I am moved by a force within that keeps me steady on the course of improving continuously. Learning and growing from every master and event in Life. I think it is evolution and surrender to the Source of creation and a deep knowing that at the core of all is a Peace that is Home. I choose to abide there in all ways for myself and all Beings.

It’s fun how we keep motivating internally and externally. Going with the flow. Asking questions on unlocking more instructions. Always bringing more positive insight into anything and everything. Enlightening all around in such a place that could be so dark. Foundation and of knowledge of life is like training from the roots of everything keeping it basic until we are with the stars of light spinning in circles. ❤ Never know how, never know when… and when it comes it’s usually better and never how you expected it. That’s when you feel the Spirit, like something bigger than you, that just arranged everything for you. You work yes, but then you are answered. Give thanks! Who would of thought even ten years ago that people would unite spiritually through the internet, the « airwaves », … can be explained through science also. Really enjoyed this moment, these moments fill up the loneliness.

Such an amazing and priceless episode thank you very much for bringing this together and thank to Master Shi Heng Yi for sharing his great wisdom with us all. One thing I want to bring ro attention when you both were talking about social media and how people only brings the "nice things" they experience in their lives which it happens to he only a small slide into their lives, is the fact that social media it's a sort of digital interpretation of how society it's constructed. If you look deeper nobody outlines the negative aspects of their lives so to speak, in other words nobody wants to accept and integrate their own shadows and this is huge. Recently I've studying about the show (psychoanalysis) and I have came to the conclusion not only by my own understanding but also for what I have read that the world we live in is mostly built on glorifying the ego and villanising the shadow which is absurd because the shadow is as much part of our personality and nature as the ego, and this is why we are where we are at this point in time, we need to work with our shadow, recognize it, accept it and integrate it otherwise we will always look for the enemy outside ourselves.

As a medical QiGong student I discovered your channel through my own Master and have been following since. Now in my 2nd year I would appreciate seeing the opinions/advice of Master Shi Heng Yi on energy work and the innate power that we each have to detect and heal ourselves.
This year as part of my exam I will have to diagnose a patient and using my energy (collected via the heavens and earth) I should be able to “see”/feel where there are health issues (mental & physical) in the patient and via my hands channel this energy to heal. So far it does not come naturally to me.
Could we have an interview covering this aspect of the teachings ?

The largest and most difficult part of any struggle is to first see, comprehend it.
Walking through air, it's often the last thing I acknowledge unless I perceive it as interfering; as a nuisance like ruffling someone's hair or blowing off their roof! It barely registers as anything to be considered, if at all.
Once any challenge is noticed, acceptance is key, but most of us simply jump to changing it.
There the real hardship ensues.
That doesn't mean lying down to be trod upon, but embracing reality, consciously and respectfully.
In those moments change can happen and contentment; satisfaction; stability of self, ensues.

Just align with the beloved and the Devine (heart and higher being) and don’t worry about The Details. As they say, “♥️GOD ♥️IS IN THE DETAILS.” Non attachment to exact outcome. Which is cool, cus usually the gift is way larger than one can imagine and therefore would be settling for way less than is in store for you.
In India there is a couple of nons who have a tiny spiritual place where people can come for meditation, self development classes, and other spiritual endeavours. The unusually modern aspect is that one of them was employed and had a normal job to cover the career efforts in her life. Now she is retired by age.
