I don't know how it is for others, but for me it is happiness when my mind and spirit surrender to complete harmony and stability, because then there is room for peace and when there is room for peace there is enough space for all other positive emotions, as well as for happiness. I recently hiked a few mountains in Japan, and I had the exact same experience that Sifu had on his mountain. The inner stability I found up there felt like returning to myself. Better than a movie, so connected to the present moment. I try to seek that feeling when I feel lost.
On that same trip, I was picking up a lot of rubbish along the trails (just tiny stuff, but I like to keep places clean. “Leaving a place better than you found it” is something I live by.) One of the other hikers was surprised by how often I picked up rubbish, and I told him about the quote, and he already knew it but never associated it with the wider world, only the home. I don’t know if I exactly inspired change in him, but he said I was inspiring, so I guess that’s half of the work. 😂👍

I had such a moment. A vision changing moment. As a kid, I wanted to travel the galaxy; see all sorts of planets. Planets with rings, planets with strange atmospheres, planets with huge moons... I Wanted To See The Planets.
Then one day, I was standing facing a big horizon... And there were these really bizarre colors in the sky. Strange clouds, different winds moving around, an overall green-orange atmosphere. It was totally alien. Hey! I was living on one of them planets! This was a "planet" I was standing on. Not that proverbial "blue-green marble", but a real, flesh and bones space-planet! It felt so good!! I felt satiated, I was shown a planet! (🪐🚀) 😃 🤗

What is saying is true, but different people carried. Different energies are not all people's souls carry the energy. To serve others, this is a lesson our soul learns through previous lives, and if we do not serve, we will not feel fulfilled. Ultimately, the goal is for us all to develop this energy to enable life to be sustained.

The lasting effect that Master Wanik Yi (Shaolin master) taught me was how to meditate. Words can transmit a temporary feeling of inner peace but only when you learn to meditate can you begin to find this for yourself. Maybe you can give lessons about meditation.

Very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

another advice he gave in another interview is to stop thinking so much about everything going on and embrace the moment. It may seem chaotic at first but with chaos comes peace, with bad comes good, with weak willed comes unmovable willed, the universal rule of yin and yang

Difficult task really. Seeing people only working for themselves, gambling in hope to become rich and live with other people's money. Crime, corruption, war. I've met people who ignore the truth and convince themselves that it's all only an illusion. I'm not very good at lying to myself. The world is a mess and that's the truth. Not many people on Earth that actually try to make a diffrence. Everybody takes the easy way. I'm not a fan of people that ignore the truth.
Type in Shi Heng Yi a new beginning this man is a disciple of the Shaolin. A novice Monk in the Shaolin lineage.
The Shaolin Temple Song Shan wrote a statement in around 2008 stating the Temple Otterburg to be fake and to stop using the name of the Shaolin.
Anyone can find this out if they search. Please do your research don't fall for the lies.
Can this man teach you martial arts yes. Is he authorised to teach Shaolin Kung Fu no.
Is he a fighting Monk of the Shao-lin no. He's a clever sales man and this is his grift.
Heng means disciple in the Shaolin lineage.
Official Shaolin Temple has a logo with three red dots protected by law.
Shi Heng Yi appears also to use trolling accounts asking for people to prove controversial comments in his eyes and prove the fraud. When proof given the comments are hidden by RUclips after being reported for no good reason. RUclips doesn't fact check and simply hides controversy.
I spoke to the "Shaolin Temple Europe" as a practicing Buddhist of twenty four years I can tell you not speaking to an authentic Buddhist just a clever salesman having their grift exposed.
