- Master Shi Heng Yi, Shifu, as we call him, is the founder and headmaster of Europe’s only 24x7 Shaolin Temple for martial arts. He is a martial arts master practising the way of Chan Buddhism. Born and bred in Germany, he is the son of Vietnamese immigrants who left to make a better path for their children. As a young boy he took up martial arts - and the training, discipline and world view it afforded him became a foundation for how he was to live his life as an adult. We dive immediately into a discussion about the attention to thoughts, thoughts being separation and the truth in the non-rational and the non-intellectual. And there’s more: replacing coincidence, not being unaligned, thoughts coming for you and becoming the paradise that you want to achieve. We learn about different types of elevation and the bottom line of what the true type of elevation ultimately creates.

Like an algorithm, solve your problems there different ways to solve. Even if obstacles come your way.
Growing in the moment - my understanding right now - my obstacle to overcome right now is to accept that having fought legally to establish the true owner of my of 23 years - is no longer mine. So I will prepare to walk out of this home to save my health, mind, spirit and my heart.

There is so much power in being in the now.
Greatness, gratitude, so much people don't have much, appreciate what you have. Solve your problems now like an algorithm different ways to get to solving even if obstacles comes your way. Human made problems.

Being tested shows us the level of elevation. We will continue to be angry at the appearance of the test until you conquer it. It is overcoming pain- suffering. It is the hardening of the soul brought on by the hardening of the body through training and discipline. The body teaching the mind.
